Very cool place. People, location, flora and fauna inspire...
I lived and worked in coliving for 5 weeks.
Constant communication, games, watching movies, sooooo delicious BBQ, animals that surround you - all this was very interesting.
Near the city, travel is not expensive, easy to get to.
Special thanks to Irina and Igor for the warm welcome, delicious breakfasts, lunches and dinners.
This place is perfect for freelancers, digital nomads, and those who work remotely.
I've been living here for over a month and this place is fantastic for digital nomads seeking either productive deep work sessions or a chance to relax and enjoy nature.
I would like to highlight the following:
1. Food. The owners provide flexible meal plan. You may eat up to 3 meals per day + bonus tea/coffee/snacks for $12 per day with option to skip meals or bring your own food. The food is overall healthy & delicious, especially Igor's breakfasts, much better comparing to what I cooked myself at the city.
2. Activities. There is a wide range available of activities at the place: board games, hiking, BBQ, film evenings, cave exploring, expat & salsa clubs. At the same time there is for sure an opportunity to have some time alone, do your hobbies and regain social energy.
3. People. There is a very high chance of meeting interesting people - from Californians to Kazakh Elixir software engineers. While I am not really a sociable person, however here I was able to get out of my echo chamber and make some friends.
4. Nature. The virgin forest and hills start literally 10 steps away from the house entrance. There are a lot of wild caves, lakes, at least 5 friendly house cats and a lot of Georgian farmers' cows 🐄
5. The place is not too far away from Kutaisi and Tskhaltubo, so quite often we went eating out. Local taxi and restaurants are extremely affordable, which is the huge plus.
Initially I had some concerns, like will it be comfortable for work or not, however everything turned out fine.
Igor, Irina & others are very welcoming and warm persons. I am very grateful for my experience and hope to stay here longer.

Spent here over a month in October September, and I could say this is a nice and super chill place. Stay there if you like the nature and need a quiet place to get work done. Guys, see you in 2024!
As a side node, the nearest store is 2-3 kms away, so plan ahead if you need your own food.
We spent more than a month here, instead of the planned week. This place allowed us to fully concentrate on work - privacy from the hustle and bustle of the city, great Wi-Fi, fresh air (the forest is right outside the gate!), a lot of flowers and fruit trees (yummy figs!) and nature around. This place made us feel absolutely closest to nature! Cute cats added a lot of coziness to the work process :)
We didn’t have to be distracted by the cooking - the owners provided delicious food, focusing on our preferences. In addition, we had cool morning yoga and salsa classes.
The friendly owners of the coworking and the people we've met here are worth special mention. Thank you for hospitality, we will definitely stay here again.
