Coliving homes for nomads — we team up with local guesthouses and villas to create affordable stays with a world class community for digital nomads.
The Taghazout area has incredible year-round sunny weather and beautiful beaches as well as friendly locals. Originally a fishing village, these days Taghazout and neighbouring towns are growing in popularity with surfers and digital nomads with world class waves. You’ll find the perfect blend of authentic local culture, a growing community of nomads, specialty coffee, coworking, yoga and surfing.

We had a great time at Nomadico Tamraght - especially thanks to Abdo. 🥰 He was our community manager and made sure our time was filled with activities with the whole group. We stayed at Louise’s House and loved it, the rooftop is amazing and comes with yoga utensils. For coworking we went to Abdels house. Our highlights were the mountain tagine, surf day trip to Imsouane and the family dinner. If you can, stay at least 3-4 weeks. Tamraght is absolutely lovely & has a laid back local vibe. Much prefer it to Taghazout!
I stayed in the Taghazout/Tamraght house for almost 2 weeks.
- Positive feedback: our community manager Abdo was tremendously wonderful, he was really helpful and organised fun activities. He deserves 5 stars for sure! The hike&tajine was my favourite activity. He made sure we could play cards together and drink mint tea on the rooftop every night. And when something went wrong, he dedicated himself to solve the problem or help as much as possible. I'm truly happy to have met him. I made a lot of meaningful connections with the other guests as well, and had fun chatting and sharing cookies for dessert at nighttime. The location of the house is great. (just don't travel with a big suitcase, take a backpack. Moroccan roads aren't always smooth) The rooftop is a cool space. Being able to do laundry whenever and use the kitchen to your liking is a plus.
- Negative feedback: to be honest, there are a lot of things about the house that could use improvement (structurally). I shared my feedback with the Nomadico-team hoping they will take it into account and maybe use some of the feedback to change little things that go a long way. I did have some less pleasant experiences during my stay regarding broken showers, no hot water for a while and a stolen powerbank.
Tip: the dorm room is really not up to standards in my opinion and could use a lot of improvement. I would book a private room for sure, especially if you're staying for a longer while.
The concept and the initiative of a co-work and co-living space is still very much something I'd like to repeat. Only good feelings about that. Thanks Abdo for everything!
I had a great time staying at Nomadico, I wish I stayed longer than a week. It's a great place to work remotely and meet similar people. I loved all the local restaurants and cafes right on the doorstep. The beach is an easy 10 mins walk away and the sunsets are amazing. Abdo the community manager does a great job organising meals and weekend activities, theres always something going on.
I warmly recommend staying with Nomadico in Tamraght! I stayed in Louise's house and actually love the fact that the community is spread over 2 houses which are open to everyone, if you want to work or relax on the beautiful roof tops. The community felt very much connected thanks to the warm and heartful invitations to different community activities by Abdo. It feels super easy to be integrated into the community as well as the town, no matter how much you actually take part in activities or focus on yourself/work.
My highlights: the community dinners, Yoga on the Louise's rooftop (you can use mats etc), sunsets on the beach and just the overall vibe and atmosphere :)!!
Thank you and I hope to be back
I've spend 2.5 weeks there in November 2024
Pros : it's a great place to live and work, the location is minutes walk from the "main street", and less than a km away from the beach.
The workspace in the rooftop is a nice place and the WiFi works well
The room size was decent for us, which is sometimes a problem when traveling as a couple.
Tamragh is a calmer place than Taghazout if you plan of staying long term, I'd recommend it
The community manager Abdol was great, super friendly, always happy to help and organising a lot of nice experiences that you're able to join at will
Cons :
The rooms and building are a bit "rustic", you could add some fans is the rooms, some utilities (toilet paper...) are sometimes missing and overall the building could be improved
Overall, I would 100% recommend it to anyone willing to spend a few weeks in Morroco, while working remotely and surfing
What a great place to stay! It was my first time staying in a coliving space and I loved it. The house was so welcoming and everyone there was super friendly! Big shoutout to the community manager Abdo who makes the best mint tea 😍 he goes above and beyond to make sure there are activities to do on the evenings and weekends and that everyone is involved. Will definitely return if I am back Tamraght!
I stayed with Nomadico for 2 months in Tamraght. Through this experience I got to meet countless amazing people who are now amazing friends of mine. From the beginning Salah helped me more than I could have asked for. Introduced me to his friends, showed me around and ‘tried’ to teach me how to surf 😂 I wouldn’t have stayed as long as I did if it wasn’t for Salah. Mr.Fantastic was another LEGEND who helped me with certain things throughout my stay and is an all round bundle of joy. The house was always well looked by him as well as looking after the guests. I was lucky enough to meet some of the founders of nomadico and the owners of the house who added a lot of fun to the mix! Abdo took over as community leader for my last month in nomadico and organised a lot of wholesome activities and really brought a new group of people together and helped give some amazing experiences. He’s a natural leader! Between Salah, Mr.Fantastic and Abdo they really made my experience in Tamraght one I’ll never forget. I hope to be back to them soon. The Khoyas❤️
