🏨 has short staysFine for a workation, but significant turnover works against coliving principles for a cohesive community; a longer minimum stay supports better interactions. What is coliving?
Coliving homes for nomads — we team up with local guesthouses and villas to create affordable stays with a world class community for digital nomads.
In the northern part of the island is surrounded by nature and close to the sea, Mallorca is a paradise for outdoor enthusiasts, offering hiking, diving, cycling, climbing and watersports. Whether you’re hiking, surfing, or exploring the lush countryside with the community, there’s always something fun to do around here.

I have had a great month in this gorgeous house. Its located pretty much dead center of Mallorca so you can get everywhere in less than 45 minutes (don’t forget to rent a car)
The community manager Laura really helped us align the activities during the ‘family meeting’ so we had a lot of cool activities throughout the week. Together with La Doña Anna they really made sure the house had a great vibe and an even beter group dynamic.
If I ever return this will be the place to be!
I stayed here for three weeks and absolutely loved it. The place is immersed in nature, surrounded by beautiful peacocks and other animals. It’s spacious, with several areas dedicated to working, practicing yoga, or simply relaxing and connecting with others. It truly felt like a co-living experience. I met amazing people with whom I shared memorable moments.
Lali, the community manager, played a key role in creating such a welcoming atmosphere — she genuinely cared about everyone feeling at home. Esteve, the host, was kind and generous with his knowledge of essential oils, while Ana, the housekeeper, showed her warmth by preparing delicious paella for everyone.
I recommend it!
The people truly make the experience. Esteve, Ana, Jaime, and Lali, our community manager. All really warm people. There’s such an chill energy here (that you create yourself and with the group) to do your own thing, connect with others, and go on adventures.
Nomadico Mallorca (Esteve’s house) is a beautiful place. The house offers plenty of privacy, the garden is huge and organic, and everything is really well taken care of.
I stayed for two months, and it turned into a truly special experience. It felt like a second home. Búger as a village is also wonderful, especially the croissant di pistachio!!
I’m grateful for the time I spent here and for the people I met, some of whom became real friends. Much love 🧡
The location is a hidden beauty between gardens and close to the village of Buger. I loved the calm vibe it offered and the surrounding nature. Especially all the outside areas made it a perfect experience. And of course the people!! I was so lucky to stay with a lovely community - our community manager Lali took such good care of us and made sure we connect and explore the island based on our preferences. And for me this is what co-living is about. Highly recommended co-living on beautiful Mallorca.
Nomadico Mallorca was an unforgettable experience! The location is perfect-peaceful yet close to everything you need. But what truly makes it special is the community. From shared breakfasts to coworking sessions that turn into deep conversations, every day felt inspiring. The house itself is super comfortable, with plenty of space to work and relax. Some of my best memories here were spontaneous sunset outings, group dinners, and just connecting with like-minded people who quickly became friends.
Ive spend one month in Nomadico Mallorca last October and I loved it. The house is of high quality, beds are super comfy and the outside area is amazing. Buger is a small village and its tucked away in the nature, it’s beautiful and very calm. I met amazing people in the house and we were like a family together (thanks to community manager Faith and the hosts) , I really felt at home. Would definitely return and recommend if you’re searching for a coliving in Mallorca!
I loved my time at the Nomadico house in Mallorca in October 2024! If you're thinking of booking a stay with them – do it.
The hosts are interesting and kind people that made sure our experience was top notch. They made us local Mallorcan food, gave us a tour of their organic garden, and even taught us about the process of making essential oils.
The house is absolutely stunning and I really appreciated the level of detail in and around it. Every corner is picture worthy and it's so apparent that it was all crafted with love and care. The yard is very nice, the patio is perfect to work from (if you prefer being outside like I do), and the pool is an excelent refresher during break times. There's also a dedicated coworking house for those eho prefer an actual office setting.
The kitchen is well equiped and has everything you might need (and more). Coffee machines, toster, hand mixer, dishwasher, and plenty of space for multiple people to prepare food at the same time.
The beds and pillows are new and quite nice; I slept very comfortably. My only issue on some nights were the mosquitos which could be quite annoying and not even react to anti-mosquito sprays. Maybe a good solution for this would be putting mosquito nets on the windows.
As for the Nomadico organization, everything was great on their side too. The team I communicated online was very acommodating, and the community manager was very involved, proactive and did a great job of making sure everyone felt included.
And lastly, the colivers. A great little group of people that I really enjoyed my time with. I've stayed in contact with a lot of them and I look forward to seeing them in another (or maybe even the same) location again 🌍
All in all, a wonderful stay ✨️ I look forward to coming back 💕
10/10 would recommend.
