🏨 has short staysFine for a workation, but significant turnover works against coliving principles for a cohesive community; a longer minimum stay supports better interactions. What is coliving?⌨️ non-ergonomic workspaceEither or both proper desks and chairs missing, though a workspace is separated allowing focus.💁 has host / managerOften on site to give suggestions and take questions, but do not actively facilitate community.🚗 requires a vehicleNo transport and no pickup available so you'll probably need to take a taxi, but you may be able to arrange from other residents and they may also organise shopping trips together — enquire to check how it works.🤷 ranks poorlyAs a 'coliving' this space likely doesn't meet expectations — yet may be acceptable if you're not expecting too much. Beautiful places to stay, designed for remote workers.

M’y first experience at outsite was so great, the community is super welcoming. The location and areas were just perfect. The room was very good, I wish I stayed longer
I lovedddd this location so much. The playa location is close to everything so I walked and never really needed an ATV outside of day trips. Josefina (the property manager) was always responsive and so sweet; and the staff did an amazing job of taking care of the property. Santa Teresa is the kind of place you come back to so I’m excited to stay here again! Definitely recommend.
This is a lovely and extremely central location in Santa Teresa. There are so many cute little spaces to work or read and you're literally in the heart of everything. I will definitely be back!
This was my first Outsite experience and a perfect one. The location was incredible: within walking distance of the beach and right next to Fat Street. The facilities were beautiful, well maintained, and had plenty of spaces to work. Our community manager, Josefina, was friendly, attentive, and made sure the community had plenty of events organized. I shall return after the rainy season.
Staying at Santa Teresa Playa was AMAZING! The location is a few minutes walk away from the beach, even closer to the local lunch spots and bang in the middle of town. It's really easy to get to the beach to swim or surf everyday.
I extended my stay and it was super easy and simple, with quick communication from the booking team. Josefina is really lovely and welcoming, always recommending activities to do together and cool spots in town!
One thing that I will mention, just in case you haven't been to Santa Teresa before, is that the electricity, wifi and water went off more frequently than expected, I don't think this was a specific problem at Outsite as it was so comfy even during the power outs it was okay, but I don't think there is a generator that runs for long after the power goes out, so keep that in mind if you have come to work in the rainy season.
Overall I had THE BEST time, I made so many friends in Outsite, had the best experiences, explored the area and rented an ATV to travel around the peninsula. I would 100% recommend staying if you are considering it :)
I had a fantastic time working from this location. Josefina especially fostered a sense of community. Great accommodations, great proximity to the beach, and local eats. I will definitely be back.
This is my 5th Outsite and I had an amazing stay. The best location in Santa Teresa, every room has an ensuite bathroom and it feels like you're staying in a villa. The community manager Josefina is lovely and very accommodating. Couldn't recommend more!
