We stayed at Outsite Santa Teresa for 3 nights while on vacation. This place is primarily designed for coworking so the on site amenities and services are limited. There is no one on site to assist. When we arrived, our sheets were sandy, it was late and I assumed they would be changed the next day. I later found out that room service only happens sporadically. I requested new sheets at 8:45am and was told by the community manager at 1 that they had a lot of checkouts that day and could they come tomorrow instead. I told them that would not work as we were checking out the next day. The community manager did not get back to me so again at 3pm I asked about the sheets and was told housekeeping left for the day. At over $250 a night, yes even in Santa Teresa, I expect better service than this, and when expressed was told “sorry this is not included”. Maybe a fine option for a longer term stay but if you are looking for a few nights for vacation, look elsewhere.
Fantastic place to stay, made even better by the excellent community manager! Great location, great rooms, and the common area and pool are perfectly fun and relaxing. Watch out for Gino the cat: he tricks you by being sweet and friendly but then tries to steal your breakfast ❤️ My only regret is booking too short of a trip—I will definitely be returning and will definitely stay here again!
Had an amazing stay at Outsite Santa Teresa – Playa. The property is beautiful and extremely well maintained. The location is perfect—everything is easily walkable, including great restaurants and the beach. My room was fantastic. I stayed in a cabana with a small kitchenette, two bathrooms, and strong AC, which made it very comfortable for both work and downtime. The common areas were ideal for working and socializing. The group chat was very active, so there was always someone to explore with, grab food, or surf. Josefina is an outstanding community manager. She’s incredibly responsive, on-site every day, and does an excellent job fostering a welcoming, connected community and making sure everyone has a great experience. I can’t recommend this location enough. This was my third Outsite stay, and it’s easily been my favorite.
Josefina (the community manager) does an incredible job of building a strong community and is super helpful with anything you may need. The location is great and rooms very clean. Highly recommend.
Santa Teresa is an incredible place to visit—the beach, the vibe, and the people are truly special. I definitely recommend coming here. That said, I wouldn’t recommend staying with Outsight. The property itself feels past its prime: the community kitchen was very understocked (few usable dishes, knives, or forks), food often went missing from the fridge with no solutions offered, the washer was frequently broken, and the blinds in my room didn’t function properly. For the premium price point, the maintenance and amenities just weren’t there. The biggest downside, though, was the community management. While the guests were wonderful, the community manager was consistently unhelpful and hostile when issues were raised, which really took away from the sense of community Outsight is supposed to provide. To make matters worse, reservations relied only on her version of events and didn’t take guest feedback seriously. Santa Teresa itself is amazing, and there are plenty of other places to stay that offer better hospitality. Outsight, unfortunately, fell short on both service and upkeep, so I wouldn’t choose this location again.
I really enjoyed my stay, mainly because of the amazing community—it truly made my experience. The space itself was decent, though there were some challenges: the kitchen had only the bare essentials, the washing machine often had issues, and the WiFi was unreliable (even completely down in my room for a full day). That said, the beds and pillows were comfortable, everything was kept clean, the pool was perfect on hot days, and the property’s location couldn’t be better. Plus, Josefina’s recommendations were spot on!
M’y first experience at outsite was so great, the community is super welcoming. The location and areas were just perfect. The room was very good, I wish I stayed longer
I lovedddd this location so much. The playa location is close to everything so I walked and never really needed an ATV outside of day trips. Josefina (the property manager) was always responsive and so sweet; and the staff did an amazing job of taking care of the property. Santa Teresa is the kind of place you come back to so I’m excited to stay here again! Definitely recommend.
