We provide a warm coliving-coworking environment where you can live comfortably as you work remotely; where you connect, share, and grow with like-minded individuals.
At Palma coliving, it’s all about humans: we want to impact remote workers, inspire them to be more productive, and help them to accomplish their goals, all whilst discovering the local culture of their chosen destination. We focus on building an ecosystem of support, connection, and collaboration. This is the Palma experience.

Palma Coliving has potential, but unfortunately, the experience fell short in several key areas, especially considering the €1450 monthly price.
**Positives**
One of the highlights was the sense of community. The people staying at the villa were friendly and welcoming, which made the stay more enjoyable. The bikes, while not always available, were in fine condition when they could be used. Additionally, when we brought up complaints about issues like leakages or faulty amenities, the staff did attempt to address them with some urgency. They weren’t unfriendly, but their approach often felt reactive rather than proactive.
**Areas for Improvement**
Despite some positives, the overall price-to-quality balance was very disappointing. The villa was not as advertised. Many of the amenities, like the pool table, were unusable or purely decorative. The furniture, while looking clean in photos, needed a deep cleaning in reality. Issues like damaged kitchenware (e.g., old pans with questionable coatings) and a lack of essentials like heating or air conditioning were disappointing, especially at this price point. Hot water was also inconsistent.
The rooms were small, and the villa was poorly maintained, making it ill-suited for winter weather. We encountered significant issues, including leakages, mold, and extreme cold, which forced us to move rooms. The mold is clearly visable and in one of our rooms, the toilet was unusable due to the moldy smell. I raised this issue with management, no action was taken. These problems made it hard to feel comfortable during our stay.
While the bikes were fine, there weren’t enough for everyone, and their unavailability often left us with long 40-minute walks due to the remote location.
**Management and Communication**
The management, while not unfriendly, lacked attentiveness. They responded to issues when raised, but their overall involvement felt minimal and aloof. We also received an excessive amount of communication—22 emails in one month, including promotional texts—without any real effort to gather or act on guest feedback. I tried to unsubscribe multiple times, but since our stay wasn't what we expected, it also felt very inappropriate.
**Final Thoughts**
While the sense of community and occasional responsiveness from the staff were positives, the cold, moldy rooms, poor amenities, and lack of proactive management made it very difficult to justify the high cost. Palma Coliving has potential, but until these fundamental issues are addressed, I would recommend looking elsewhere for a better experience.
I hope this review provides the management with valuable insights to address these shortcomings and improve the overall experience for future guests.
Misleading presentation, poor facilities, but a wonderful community and helpful local staff.
I stayed at Palma Coliving for two months (October–December), and my overall experience was mixed. The appealing online photos and higher-than-average price (roughly 30–40% more than other coliving options) set high expectations, but unfortunately, those expectations weren’t met. The advertised pool table was purely decorative and unusable, the furniture looked clean in photos but needed a serious deep cleaning in reality, and I repeatedly encountered issues with hot water—once going without it for five consecutive days. Management also seemed to cut corners on essentials like heating and kitchenware; old, damaged pans with possible PFAS coatings were never replaced. With no air conditioning in any of the rooms, I can’t imagine how unbearable it might get during the warmer months. Some residents, myself included, experienced respiratory issues that might be tied to dust, mold, or poor air quality, though we can’t be certain.
Communication with higher-level management was slow, evasive, and unproductive. On the other hand, the local staff were kind, empathetic, and genuinely tried to help, though they were clearly limited in what they could do. It felt like they were “rowing with the oars they had,” without proper backing or resources from those in charge.
Location-wise, the beach is around 10 minutes away by bike, and the city center about 20 minutes. However, the quality and availability of the bicycles were inconsistent. At night, walking felt unsafe—especially for women—so relying on bicycles, taxis, or ride-sharing apps became essential. Sadly, these aren’t always reliable or affordable during busy periods. As a result, I spent over €70 on alternative transportation. Even everyday errands like grocery shopping or takeout delivery add up because walking isn’t convenient, and you might resort to deliveries more often. Considering that Palma Coliving charges significantly more than comparable spaces, you’d expect these basic issues to be addressed, but they weren’t.
Yet, the silver lining was the community of residents and the genuinely excellent Wi-Fi. My fellow colivers made the stay memorable, organizing tapas evenings, exploring bars, playing padel, and forming meaningful friendships. The people truly made a difference, proving that a positive community can shine even when the infrastructure falls short.
In conclusion, I can’t recommend Palma Coliving based on facilities, cleanliness, or value for the price. While the local staff do their best and the community aspect can be outstanding, the house itself doesn’t justify its premium cost. If you choose to stay here, it’s the people, not the property, that will make your experience worthwhile.
A Co-living/working space in an old traditional house with a special flair. Being a bit outside of Valencia, but close to the beach brings a nice and calm atmosphere and creates a familiar feeling within the group of people living in Villa Huerta. The group is really international and diverse. Supermarket is 10min away by bike which is a bit annoying and the bikes could be on a better condition. Enjoyed the freea sessions tho. In the end it’s all about the people. I found good friends and maybe even more. Overall a good experience.
This place exceeded my expectations hugely. The villa is gorgeous, I loved the communal family vibes and the activities run throughout the week. I really did not want to leave and will definitely be coming back for another stay with them!
I spend some beautiful days in Palma Coliving Valencia!! the house is incredible! I couldn't believe it was a 500 year old house, the decoration and common areas were super nice!
The location is also a PLUS, with the beach nearby my morning routine completely changed. I started going for a walk every morning before starting to work, it was just PERFECTION.
The other very good thing was the community! I meet a lot of other remote workers, but also many locals (people born and raised in Valencia). I think that made my experience go to another level.
On top of that, the coworking space was super comfy and spacious, and the wifi worked very well, super fast. I would go again for sure and recommend Palma Coliving to all of my friends.
