Most amazing place I have visited for traveling to meet new people. Awesome vibe! Open-minded atmosphere, lots of hiking! Too much for my knee, but spending time in the house for working remotely is also very nice!
Had a great time at Homeoffice Santana, got a lot of work done because it is nice and calm there but there is also a lot to explore in the very beautiful area around the house and I enjoyed settling at the island there and exploring places after work. I stayed for a week and met some nice people, the house and room was nice and clean and the communication throughout and beforehand was great. I definitely recommend getting a rental car (or one in the house) to get around the area because it can be a bit difficult without a car, but you need that for Madeira anyways. Great project and amazing people!

I spent a month on madeira at CoLiving Santana & in HomeOffice Madeira and it was nothing short of incredible. The balance between work and leisure here is perfect. With high-speed internet and diverse working spaces, I was more productive than I’ve ever been. The community vibe is amazing – everyone is friendly, and the group outings in the rental cars made exploring the island an absolute joy.
In HomeOffice the car were even organized for us and in santana we just shared one 😊
The facilities, especially the POOL, are top-notch. I left with not just great memories, but also new friends. Can’t recommend this place enough for anyone looking for a productive yet relaxing getaway!

The generously equipped kitchen served as a delightful meeting point, fostering a communal atmosphere. Don't miss the rooftop – a peaceful place for enjoying your first coffee with a stunning view. Keep in mind that a car is essential for exploring Madeira's beauty and daily needs. Overall, a highly recommended coliving experience blending comfort, community, and breathtaking surroundings.
