Very bad communication.

I couldn't contact them by email or Whatsapp...and they don't answer on messenger.

I was able to book a day in advance, and even though I arrived after opening hours, the manager came and gave me a room without a problem, even though I only stayed for one night, the people I met were super friendly and extremely hospitable, offering to help in any situation during the stay.

In a good neighborhood, harmony between guests and a nice family atmosphere; very clean. God kitchens and laundry center, clean bathrooms and pleasant green areas. Super nice library lamp. Decent price.

The internet doesn't work so it's terrible for home offices, there is no water, there are leaks, parties and scandals at all hours, they take drugs everywhere and the worst thing is that the administration doesn't care and they don't do anything about it.
Avoid it at all costs.
They are a beautiful place, it has a super cool vibe, there are all kinds of young people, a sense of community is implemented, the common areas are beautiful. The infrastructure is first class. Quality. They are eco-sustainable. Rainwater is recycled within the house itself. It is a dream come true! Investors are welcome
