A fantastic experience! The rooms are beautiful and spacious, and the beds transform into furniture, giving the rooms a unique look. The common areas are also excellent—fully furnished, with air conditioning and heating.

Truly a special coliving space with a lot of potential. The interior design is modern, stylish, and created with great attention to detail. You can immediately feel how much passion and care has gone into this place. The rooms are high quality, very clean, and create a really comfortable atmosphere for both living and working.
I especially want to highlight the incredibly friendly and dedicated team. From the very beginning, you feel welcomed, and it is obvious that they genuinely care about making people feel comfortable here.
I also really like the location. It is quiet and situated outside the typical tourist areas, which makes the experience feel much more relaxed and authentic, while still being well connected to everything you need.
The coliving has only recently opened, so the community is still growing naturally. At the same time, that is exactly what makes it exciting to be part of this project from the beginning. I am very curious to see how this place continues to develop. Absolutely recommended!
My stay here has been absolutely wonderful. The facilities are fantastic and meticulously maintained, but what truly sets it apart is the atmosphere. Living here makes you feel part of a welcoming community from the moment you walk through the door. Mariia's management is incredibly professional, and they are always ready to help with a smile. It's been the perfect place to take my first steps on the island. The facilities and their flexibility allowed me to focus on my professional projects and give myself the time I needed to find my own place at a more relaxed pace, without the stress of being in Mallorca for the first time.
SOMOS Coliving has been a wonderful place for us to put our feet on the ground as we start our journey in Mallorca after moving recently from Barcelona. We were warmly received by Leonor, Mariia and the SOMOS team and continue to be in good hands throughout our stay. The living spaces, including the rooms, kitchen, living room and outdoor areas are designed and decorated beautifully. The spaces are big and easily accommodate everyone on our floor. The experience living with other co-livers has been a nice way to meet people and everyone is very kind and respectful. SOMOS also does a great job organizing events and keeping you ¨in-the-know¨ about things happening in Palma and around the island. We can definitely recommend SOMOS as a perfect base for your time in Mallorca!
