Great place for living in Alicante! The rooms have a nice bathroom and cooking space, and beautiful views! It‘s located right across from the Mercado, a perfect location that‘s very close to everything. The room gets cleaning every week and the house has amenities like laundry machines and also a gym. The building has shared spaces which are great for meeting people who live there. I was especially impressed by the events which were organized thoughtfully and excellently, like get-togethers and yoga classes! Paula, the manager, is amazing, she always helps out, and you can tell that she cares about everyone who lives there and is dedicated to creating a great place to live and an active community. I really enjoyed staying there and absolutely recommend it!

Best 2 months in Alicante – Perfect for solo travelers
I lived at Suiters for two months, and it was hands down my best time in Alicante.
Location & Comfort:
The location is perfect. The double-glazed windows provide excellent soundproofing. Central air conditioning and heating are super. The plumbing is great, water pressure is strong, and the linens are lovely. I have to mention the carpet—it is just so pleasant! Neat freaks will definitely love it here. It is an ideal option for solo travelers.
Atmosphere & Community:
In November, I caught some good weather and even joined a yoga class. The community is a huge plus. Paula organizes get-togethers all the time with so many nice residents to talk to (which is great, because funnily enough, I didn't really cross paths with anyone otherwise).
Minor Cons:
There are small downsides. There is no kettle in the room (it's in the shared kitchen). Also, sometimes neighbors don't hold the doors and they slam a bit loud—a simple weatherstrip would fix that.
I’m very grateful to this coliving for the time I spent here in Spain. It was not just a place to stay, but a truly warm and cozy home with a caring atmosphere.

Best place to stay in Alicante for months at a time. Perfect location and has all the amenities you need and more. Rooms look exactly as pictured and they're even better in person. Paula is the best -- very responsive, always available, and wants the best for everyone. 100% recommend and I want to come back ASAP!!!
Very nice stay! Was there for 2 months and it was great, rooms are comfortable, quiet and well equipped, mattress is new, lovely people around and a special mention to Paula, she was very helpful during my stay! Recommend 100%
Suiters Alicante is the best. I have stayed here the past 2 summers. The community is great, lots of people hang out on the rooftop. The rooms are very nice as well, they are very new and kept in great condition. The location is amazing, right across from Mercado Central and a ten minute walk to the beach. I hope to be back next year!!
I stayed at suiters for 3 months while being in Alicante for work, and it was a great experience from start to finish. The rooms are beautiful and the whole building was always clean and well taken care of, making it really easy to settle in - truly a home away from home. The managers, Paula and Ignacio, were great - always friendly and quick to help with anything that came up! I met some amazing people here and made lots of friends in my here; especially when you don't speak much Spanish and/or don't know anyone in the city it's a perfect place to connect with people in the same situation.
If you're staying in Alicante I really recommend choosing suiters as your place to stay. I enjoyed my time here and will definitely be coming back :)
