I lived here for 4 months and had nothing but positive experiences! Any issues were quickly resolved and the building manager was very welcoming and kind. I would definitely recommend suiters for anyone coming to Madrid.

Everyone in the community was very friendly and the staff is very quick and responsive when things need to be done around. They also arrange community events which are frequent.

Had a great 10-week stay here! The pricing is excellent for short-term housing, and the amenities are top-notch. Highly recommend Suiters Madrid if you need a comfortable, well-priced spot for a few months.
Couldn't recommend more - Mariana and the team are amazing, and everything about the place is great. Modern, high tech shared kitchen, great apartments, and a coworking space with a good atmosphere. 10/10
Mariana the manager is very attentive and helpful. The apartments are all very clean, though the beds are a bit hard.
I stayed with Suiters from August 2025-March 2026. Suiters did a lovely job of refurbishing the building while keeping the historic charm. The building is well maintained, clean and quiet. Management is responsive and solution focused when issues arised. The reason I left is to move closer to my work. I would stay with Suiters again.
Suiters Madrid is a perfect co-living solution for those who study/work and want to combine the convenience of all kinds of amenities (coworking spaces, equipped kitchen, laundry room, gym, and movie theater) with very welcoming private rooms with every comfort.
I stayed there for about seven months and couldn't be happier. I especially thank Mariana for her attentive management and helpfulness.
After years of sitting abandoned, this building has finally been restored for residential use. Much better than the other two hostels or hotels that have opened in the neighborhood, which are just makeshift shelters where idle people congregate on the street, and depending on their mood that day, anything could happen to you.
