This was my first time staying in a co-living space, and it turned into one of my greatest memories. Surf Break Puerto felt like home from the moment I arrived. I made real friends and found a sense of family here, which is exactly what I was looking for in a co-living experience. Tania, Erik, and Fernando were incredibly attentive and always made sure I felt comfortable. It’s amazing to wake up to the sound of the waves, take a break for a beach walk whenever you want, and work from the rooftop with a stunning ocean view. The building is spacious and perfect for getting work done. Highly recommend!
Great location, just a block away from the beach. Clean and comfortable space to work and live. The best part is the people you will meet and the feeling of having a family and sense of home.

With amazing people, fast reliable internet, A/C, and breathtaking sunset views from the roof terrace. And not to forget, only a minute walking distance from the beach!
Until recently, it was quite challenging, nearly impossible, to perform a high octane WFH job, while experiencing the magic of this seaside surf town. I tried a couple years ago with friends, and it was rough going.
Surfbreak changed the game. Stepping from the dirt streets onto the compound is like crossing a border. The Internet and power is strong with multiple redundancies. The lifestyle is clean, and organized. The members are people like me — they want the magic, while moving forward in careers and personal ambitions.
The multi-level property is spectacular. Ocean views and the sound of roaring waves emanate from the wide beach steps away. It's easy walking to both population centers, Punta and Zicatela. An amazing cafe with NYC quality coffee squats just a block up. Smart design of rooms and public spaces encourage community while enshrining privacy. Best place to stay in PE by far!
Amenities and facilities here are top notch. I think it’s obvious it’s well designed and gorgeous. Good location too, close to the beach and all the things La Punta has to offer. But SurfBreak is very distinct from many colivings. After traveling around the world for almost 2 years and staying in many Colivings, I can confidently say SurfBreak has mastered the customer experience. A few highlights: a pickup from the bus station, providing fresh fruit and pantry staples like eggs, rice and oatmeal, cool swag and the immediate warm greeting of “welcome home” from the staff and owner RJ.
I feel especially grateful for their desire and execution to go above and beyond in hosting my gratitude workshop. Thank you Tash and Erik!
Nice and neat place to work, internet is superb, and a really great vibe and environment.. also the beach is one block away 👌.. highly recommended
Absolutely loved my stay here! The internet and aircon are some of the fastest speeds in the area, it's walking distance to a lot of great areas, but most of all it's like I've made a new family. Thank you so much for taking me in. 🙏
