An absolutely wonderful stay for 3x nights. We were in the glorious White room with sunset vistas and panoramic bathtub views to die for. Mrs (who has very discerning taste and expectations!) was very pleased. Our son and his girlfriend were in a lovely room too which they raved about. Front-desk hospitality was warm, welcoming and on-point with good local advice and very accommodating generosity, lending us some umbrellas for our outing while it poured. Breakfasts were super tasty, unrestricted and with a decent offering of choices ensuring we could head out each day content and well-stuffed. The hotel is well located on the main road into/out of the main city/tourist area - but within an easy 30 minute walk. Close located trams and metro lines offer quick access to everywhere for those not keen on stretching their legs. Our White room came with two complimentary bicycles which our son and his girlfriend used to travel more extensively around the city. Dinners were most enjoyable, with night-time skyline from the panoramic windows complimented with a super menu selection of traditional and modern dishes, all well prepared and tasty. The rooftop hot-tubs and sauna provided another exceptional viewing and relaxing experience not easily replicated at other venues (within this price range). Overall an excellent venue and base when visiting Amsterdam.
Design - one of the most interesting hotels I've visited! Modern, clean and at the same time fancy! Location - fantastic! Right in front of the metro, so you can travel anywhere quick from the spot. Hotel and Bar Staff - very friendly and helpful. The bar - very clean, great atmosphere, prices are okay and stunning view of the city! Not sure about the food as haven't tried but would expect good quality based on everything else! Seen the private hotel rooms - stunning, very comfortable. Booked a cabin with shared bathroom and shower - very clean place, hairdryers available, towels, housekeeping everyday, absolutely no issues, although the cabin inside is quite small, so if you prefer space - book a room (upgrade from cabin to a room is there based on availability). Local hotel events, hairdressers, yoga, resident DJs and huge lounge on first floor was a surprise. Hotel newspaper was original, funny and set the mood. Had no issues during stay, overall, highly recommend!
I was with you with my son of 12! we enjoyed every single thing, place, service, person, room, bar, restaurant, breakfast! it was all more then perfect and really as we like it! we could not remark a single negative thing. we were all the time happy at your place and that is so unique when you go to a strange place or hotel. our compliments!
Absolutely amazing stay!! We chose a "small" room, lucked out and got room 607, which had beautiful corner window views of the city - and gorgeous sunset!! (Pic attached!) The roof top bar was awesome and the hot tub /sauna area was great at night! I was worried it would be loud at night with the different clubs and such, but the walls are cement and basically soundproof. Room was clean and staff are friendly, coffee was great in the morning!
A very unique hotel with a room we loved! The walls were entirely glass, with a nice view and good sunlight. What makes this hotel special is the communal spaces - we really enjoyed the openness and it was always nice to find a cozy corner to enjoy a drink in the evening.
