I stayed during a business trip for a trade show and for that it was the perfect place for me. Great location and I liked the style and vibe, but it might not be for everyone. Service and food was really good and I liked the place b/c of its design and relaxed atmosphere. Its location is great with metro and stores nearby. The neighborhood down to the Amstel is also quite pretty and worth a walk. Overall I'd definitely stay there for a private trip as well. The only small downside to me was it being a bit chilly overall in common spaces and the thermostat in the room was a bit hard to get it to work they way I wanted to.
Had a great stay here in November. Cute room (the Medium) with a nice shower. Good breakfast buffet upstairs. Missed out on the hot tubs and sauna on the roof due to the weather, but we’ll try them next time.
What an amazing place. I’ve never stayed in a hotel like this. The atmosphere was welcoming and so cool! All the staff were friendly and helpful. I was allowed to check in early and there was no hassle to store my bag after check out. The location is convenient as it’s right next to the metro that can take you to the center. I loved this place!!
Great hotel for families. Our kids loved the games downstairs at the bar and the hot tub on the roof top was a big hit too! Staff are very friendly and laid back which made us feel very comfortable. The family room was very spacious also. Overall great place but you have to like the hipster vibe. We’ll be back!
October 2024 Only came in to work and have some breakfast at the same time. A nice seating area (for no laptop users) and a huge nice area for laptop users. By 12:00 it was completely full, lot of use of this nice space. Get you food and drinks at the bar, enough people around to look at tiur stuff. Great place to work.
Stayed in the Businessman’s Trip and absolutely loved it!! Very inviting and romantic. Comfy bed and pillows. Very clean. Easy to keep organized with tiny closets, a few shelves, under bed storage, and small fridge. Projector/speakers were a fun bonus and easy to use. Didn’t hear sounds from other rooms or hallway, and didn’t hear our own speakers outside the door (only tested lowest volume which was loud enough for us). It was so perfect to lounge in the bath day or night, watching the view with cool refreshing city sounds breezing through the open window 🩷 We can’t wait to stay here again!
In general quite a nice hotel. The vibe is immaculate. Offers options for more budget travellers with the pods and nice rooms. The services are great, the coworking space is top and the food is nice. Only minus was the cleaning situation of the bathtub on Monday early morning but I have to say I was the first person there. The water I guess has suffering from the weekend. Besides that I loved it. Will be back when in Amsterdam if they keep prices reasonable.
