The house is located in a quiet and luxurious neighborhood, the owners are very responsive and helpful even for the smallest of inconveniences. A very unique combination for a coliving - you have your own private bathroom, so you get to share a house with a lot of new cool people and at the same time you don't give up the conveniences of privacy.
They also organize hikes and other activities from time to time - in case you don't have enough of your own adventures planned out.
I've spent 3 months living here and there's not a single bad thing I can say. For anyone looking to do a coliving type of experience - I highly recommend!
Amazing place - I usually stay at private apartments but this place is different. Each room has a private bathroom - it is modern, has all you need. downstairs is the big co-work area, big kitchen fully equipped. The room is clean and new. The house is located in a beautiful neighbourhood with nice houses and looots of palms :) Sara is super helpful and super kind. Fully recommend this place and when back in LPA I will definitely stay here

wifi is fast and i love having my own bathroom (so many Coliving places have shared bathrooms) the kitchen has everything and its perfect location right by the bus and the beach!
Casa Alsatia was a beautiful surprise a coliving that feels like a boutique hotel, right in the heart of Las Palmas. The neighborhood is vibrant and central, and the house itself is stunning. I stayed for a month and felt completely at home. Sara, the host, is incredibly sweet, positive, and always there when you need her. My room had every comfort I could ask for and the view from my balcony? Just wow. 10/10, I’ll definitely be back.
Loved my stay here! The rooms have this hidden sink and fridge which just makes things more aesthetically appealing. The owner was wonderful anytime I needed anything. It’s so nice to be able to cook in the common kitchen and not eat out all the time
