I stayed at Annama Coliving in Brescia from March until the end of July, and I can highly recommend it! I had a large double room all to myself, equipped with a small kitchenette, a modern bathroom, and a spacious balcony. The room was fully furnished with everything you need, even for a longer stay.
The whole house is beautiful and was recently renovated. Everything is very well maintained, and there’s even a garage for parking. There are plenty of common areas, including a big shared kitchen where people often cook together or enjoy an aperitivo – such a friendly and social atmosphere!
The location is perfect: you can find everything you need nearby, and it’s only about a 15-minute walk or a 5-minute metro ride to the city center.
Brescia itself is such a lovely and underrated city – definitely worth a visit! I’d happily stay here again.

Just back from a great week in Brescia. Mille Miglia, Lakes Garda and Iseo, and beautiful Venice. Used ANNAMA as our base and it was excellent. Lovely rooms, very useful shared areas where we spent time eating and drinking with friends. Superb hosts.

My fiancé and I stayed at Annama Coliving for a month.
The coliving space gives a lot of flexibility. We were able to stay in our spacious room (with bathroom and kitchenette) as the introverts we are and to decide to use the common spaces when desired. Ideal for digital nomads who need a reliable internet connection and want to meet people when the work is done!
The space is private, secured, clean and it's a beautiful environment to wake up in with the beautiful plants everywhere.
The location is closed to the subway station, grocery stores and takeout places.

I've never thought I could find a home away from home in Brescia. I’ve stayed here for 7 months and it has been incredible. Everyone was so nice and welcoming, thank you Anna, Primoz, Suvir & Kat for a lovely and very HUMAN experience.
The place is fully renovated with a modern and warm concept. I've spent hours in my room working and studying comfortably, hearing the birds... so peaceful. The co-working spaces for digital nomads are key, and the big kitchen and living rooms are great to socialize. The co-living ambient is very well taken care off so everyone feels relaxed and safe. So happy to come all this way from Argentina to meet all these beautiful people and share all those fun aperitivos and lovely evenings.
The only thing I regret is parting before the spring season to enjoy the grill and those awesome terraces! Hope to see everyone again soon because "Once a coliver, always a coliver" :)
Awesome place in Brescia. Located in a quiet area. You can easily reach every place by metro or by bus. Friendly and international atmosphere. It's a co-living, perfect if you need to live some time in Brescia. Charming old building completely renovated.
The best place to stay in Brescia! I've felt at home. The kitchen is huge, with 3 refrigerator, 2 living room and the most important an amazing ambience to live.
I've spent an entire month here. Anna is very friendly with an awesome character, very helpful and always available for a nice conversation.
In addition it was a pleasure meeting Mr. Suvir.
