Absolutely loved my stay here!! Perfect place for working and enjoying Bali. The staff is amazing they are so sweet and lovely, I will miss them!! 💖 the amenities are perfect to have everything you need in one place, highly recommended!
A real gem in Bali, not your regular tourist hotel, and stands out for multiple reasons.
Just one of them: fast, stable, reliable WiFi across the entire property. Not just lobby or rooms, but genuinely everywhere. That is hard to find in Bali.
The rooms are simple, but spacious, quiet, well maintained, and have good AC. The restaurant/café was a real highlight too. I ended up eating there every day, which almost never happens for me, as I usually prefer going out or ordering takeaway. The food was genuinely excellent.
The coworking space is another big plus. It’s spacious, well maintained, climate controlled, and has private call booths, meeting rooms, bean bags, a kitchen, and plenty of space to work comfortably.
There’s also a rooftop terrace with a community kitchen, which makes it really easy to meet and connect with other guests. That’s where the unique community vibe of the place really comes through.
The biggest highlight though is the front desk team. They are incredibly friendly, kind, welcoming, and always happy to help. They really made the stay feel warm and easy, almost like being at home. Any interaction with them felt genuinely welcoming.
Highly recommended, especially if you need reliable WiFi, a good workspace, and a friendly atmosphere.
I stayed at this hotel for four months and was very satisfied with my experience. The staff were always friendly, polite, and ready to help with any questions or requests. The atmosphere was comfortable and peaceful, which made the hotel feel like a second home.
The rooms and common areas were kept clean, and the location was very convenient. I would especially like to mention the kindness and professionalism of the staff — throughout my stay, I always felt welcomed and well taken care of.

Very good experience at Bustle Base. The establishment is clean, modern and well maintained, with a friendly atmosphere that makes it easy to meet other travelers. The coworking spaces are pleasant and well suited to work in good conditions. I also appreciated the events organized regularly, the staff is welcoming and always available in case of need. An excellent address to enjoy Bali in a comfortable and warm setting.

The room was fairly good overall. The air conditioner worked very well. 8/10
Staff:
The staff were very friendly, especially the security guards — they were extremely polite and helpful. 10/10
Kitchen:
Quite decent and usable. 8/10
Pool:
Not clean enough. After swimming, there was a strong chemical smell left on the body. 7/10
Cafe:
The food was okay. 8/10
Main issue:
The biggest problem is the electricity. Power cuts happen very often because guests have to pay for electricity separately. I have stayed in over 100 hotels and hostels, and this is the first place I’ve experienced something like this.
The worst part is when the power gets cut early in the morning while you’re sleeping — the room becomes very hot and stuffy, making it impossible to rest properly. Also, when you go out for tours and come back, food in the refrigerator (like meat) can be spoiled because the power was cut while you were away.
There is no warning at all before the electricity is turned off. At the very least, it would be better if electricity could be paid when checking out, or included in the basic room price.
My new favourite hub. I live in Bali and I stayed here a month while my villa had renovations. I was really pleased - the rooms are basic but well equipped and comfy bed, for the price point it’s above average (I paid $800 AUD for the month).
The food is great, Coworking great, staff are so friendly and the communal fitout is done really well, there is a pool table, ping pong, pool, lots of relaxing seating areas and the kitchen is huge ans well equipped. Would definitely stay again
Honestly, Bustle Base is a great spot if you're coming to Bali to work. The whole coliving setup really works; it feels less like a hotel and more like a real community home. The rooms are basic, but the most important thing is the proper desk and the cold AC.
The internet here was reliable. I never had issues with meetings or uploads, which is a total lifesaver. After work, you just head down to the pool or the rooftop to meet new people. That's what makes the stay great; the communal vibe is super relaxed. The location is also convenient, with easy access to everything. Overall, if you want a place that's focused on work and meeting people, I highly recommend it.
This is the best place that you could possibly stay in Kuta pretty much. All the staff are amazing. They clean the room a couple times a week. They’re very generous and will always take care of you. They have an amazing children’s room upstairs. The café is just the food is amazing. Totally worth it. The pool is great rooftop oh my God In The Coworker living the space where you get to work with other people like the Coworker space it’s air-conditioned super sweet. There’s a couple private room so you can get in there if you need to talk to people and I don’t know what else to say. This place has been awesome. I’ve been here for maybe three or four months and I’m gonna continue to rent your as my one of my rooms to make awesome stuff happen in the world so really I talked to some other people that worked here and they loved it too. People who do Coworker. They say this is the best of the business.
