This is one of those rare places that completely exceeds expectations!
Waking up surrounded by mountains, palm trees and that view of the sea never gets old. It’s peaceful, inspiring and beautifully designed, yet still warm and really personal thanks to the hosts.The hospitality is on another level. You’re not just checking in, you’re genuinely welcomed. Coco and Jerry create such a relaxed, generous atmosphere that you immediately feel at home.
It’s the kind of place where strangers become friends over morning coffee or a shared dinner.Golden hour with a bbq, everyone gathered around the table until the sky turns pink. It’s the perfect balance of work and lifestyle too. Fast WiFi, cool work spots, and then golden hour swims or hikes once you close the laptop down. You can get things done here, but you also get to live a mini vacation in the evening, even on a work day.
If you’re looking for a place with beautiful views, amazing hosts, proper community and that special something, this is definitely it.

The house offers many shared facilities, while you still have your own beautiful private unit to stay in. I really love the community concept here: you can choose connection with others, or enjoy complete privacy — whatever suits you in the moment.
The hosts, Coco and Jerry, play a key role in this. Their hospitality is genuine and attentive; you truly feel that they want to facilitate your stay in the best possible way. Everything is done with care and love, which creates a very welcoming and relaxed atmosphere.
We’ve returned several times already, simply because of the beautiful concept and the warm feeling we experience every time we’re here. The location is stunning too — a lovely garden, a beautiful house, and both the town center of Dénia and the sea are easily reachable.
Had an amazing experience here. The space is beautiful (and there’s lots of quiet space around the house if you need more alone time), great vibe for working and living, and Coco is such a lovely owner — super welcoming and helpful. We loved ‘after work Thursdays’; met so many lovely people! Highly recommend.

Beautifully situated with sea views from above and mountain views from below. The same applies to the rooms and the garden. Coco and Michael were very pleasant hosts.
The work environment is ideal for anyone using a laptop, offering plenty of options for where to work—including by the pool and in the garden.
The property's excellent location comes with a small trade-off if you're after fresh baked goods in the morning: the nearest bakery is about 2 km away.
I found Dénia itself to be pleasant—unlike some neighbouring towns. The surrounding area is beautiful and diverse, and it's popular among cyclists. I was able to confirm that myself. I'll come back sometime.
I’ve stayed here twice for a month each time, and I can’t recommend this coliving space enough! The house itself is absolutely beautiful, with thoughtfully designed spaces perfect for both work and relaxation. The cocktails are hands-down some of the best I’ve had—whether you’re looking for a classic or something unique, you won’t be disappointed. Jerry and Coco are exceptional hosts; they go above and beyond to make everyone feel at home and create a warm, welcoming environment. Already looking forward to coming back next year!
I've stayed multiple times at the COliving and enjoy the space and amenities! The house is beautiful and has many areas to work from (I like working by the pool or at the long table indoors). I find that I'm very inspired working at the location with beautiful views. I also enjoy meeting all the other COlivers and COworkers and everyone has been respectful. I would recommend this place as a nice workation (:

The energy is so beautiful here, I immediately felt at home when I arrived. The house is clean, fully equipped with everything you need and has lovely furnishing.
The garden is beautiful with so many places where you can work and afterwords you have a jump in the pool and a drink at the bar ✨
The view is amazing with on one side the sea and on the other side the MontGo (the mountain).
And last but not least Coco who created this amazing place with so much love, you can really feel it in everything 🧡 she and Jerry are hosting it so good, they really make you feel comfortable and welcome.
So I can really recommend to visit🙏🏻
