A good hotel in a quieter street than some of the other tourist strips in Canggu, about 400m from Pererenan Beach. The staff were very friendly, though the language barrier was a challenge at times. They tended to nod or say yes, even if they didn't understand what you had said. However, my Bahasa is limited, so fair enough. The rooms are spacious, bed was firm, shower pressure great. The pool is nice, but needs to be cleaned more often - we were here a week and they only ever had skimmed the reeds out, no cleaning as such. Doesn't matter if you are ground or first floor, the noise carries due to the thin package of land it's on, with the property walls either side keeping the sound in. The restaurant food is good, though a limited menu. Ask if it is happy hour if you are hoping for 2 for 1 deals, it is different for pool and restaurant, and different again to what is advertised in room. We had a booking discount, which we had to ask for most times, and were told not on alcohol some days. Overall, a nice place, better presented than a lot in Bali.
Very ungrateful with their loyal costumers like me that go to work to their place. Every day changing it's offer making it completely unpredictable. One day they might have minim spend of 150K, the next is gone, the day after they raised it... Makes it very hard to keep going there. One morning I ordered their breakfast at 11pm and despite it's available until 12pm according to their banner, they said it suddenly closed at 11pm. This is what I mean. 0 respect for their client by constantly trying to trick them. Yo should remove the minimum spend and appreciate your loyal clients by treating them properly.
I had one month in Bali and stayed at different hotels. This was my last stay before going home and I LOVED staying here. I had 4 nights and I could definitely stay more nights. Everyone is nice, good food, the pool is nice and clean and nice clean rooms with good air conditioning. I will be back another time 🙌🏼🙏🏼
We had a nightmare stay at the previous hotel & decided to change hotel upon our arrival. luckily enough we chance upon this place during the wee hours and decided we to give it a shot! The front desk gave us a tour of the room even before we decided to book it. They assure us that the stay is clean & everything will be well taken care of. True enough! The stay is really clean, big & spacious! It is easy accessible & the rates were totally were it! The staff are friendly too! There is a mini mart right across & a famous restaurant right beside! This place is underrated, do consider if you are heading to Canggu!
Weird way to treat customers… after many orders they don’t even give you a glass of water saying you have to buy an entire bottle. The place to work is nice. Shame they are so strict
Nice & cozy resort... Friendly staffs, feels like home 🏡 😃🥰
A nice place to work and study. They have 28mbps speed of internet. We can use skype room, meeting room, or another public space to finish our work. We can drink coffee or tea as much as we want but we must serve by ourselves. They still have free entry voucher during this corona virus. The menu price are around 25.000 rupiahs until 100.000 rupiahs. You can swim at the pool. The view when sunset is so beautiful.
