Conscious and intentional coliving, coworking and retreats for mindful humans. We believe it’s time to rewrite our stories, unlearn our societal conditioning and find our way back to community-based living.

Here at our beautiful villa immersed in nature, you will be surrounded by the breathtaking rolling hills of the Monti Dauni, enriched with flora, fauna, forests and fresh air.

Nestled in 2 hectares of its own fenced-up grounds, the villa’s land contains a variety of plentiful fruit trees, a vegetable garden and a wonderfully serene private oak forest, perfect for morning meditations. We also have plans to plant a perennial edible forest garden.

I stayed at La Vita Sukha for only a short time (about a week) but it was definitely impactful! Roseto is a beautiful, very small Italian town that feels untouched by the rest of the world. If you are looking for an authentic Italian experience, this is the town for you. La Vita Sukha is a beautiful home that Liz has put a lot of love into. I met some really interesting and kind people during my time- some were retired, some were digital nomads. If you like to live sustainably (saving water and electricity, working together on the land), then you will definitely enjoy and value living in this community. I'd love to find a time to go back for longer, perhaps in the summer months when town is lively! Thanks for everything, Liz!
My partner and I stayed at La Vita Sukha for two months this spring to learn about co-living and permaculture and it was a really enriching experience! Liz is an amazing, warm and genuine human being and we have made a friend for life! And did I mention she's hilarious!? My favourite part of the stay was being embedded in the town's daily vibe and culture. It's as authentic as they come -- we seemed like the only tourists in town and on market day we had to put our student hats on and use our Italian to ask for fruits and veggies. We were lucky to see the Easter procession in town which has been going on for generations. The town has the basic necessities like a pharmacy, two small stores, and of course a cafe bar! For larger grocery runs, Liz drives into the local city a few times per month and we hitched a ride. The villa itself is very roomy and there are lots of places to sit down with your laptop, including a large living room with some work desks. We had a really big room with an ensuite bathroom and balcony which has a clothesline for laundry day. I volunteered to look after the chickens every day - feeding them scraps, cleaning the coop and fetching the eggs was a really awesome experience. And I was blessed with Chopin the cat standing on my lap after seven weeks of side-eye. She's a tough nut to crack, but once you do, she's all about the love. Liz's vision for the villa is grand and ambitious and amazing, but that's who she is. Bigger than life with a big heart and bigger dreams.
I enjoyed my experience at La Vita Sukha Co-living immensely. The accommodations were comfortable for living and equipped for everything I needed to complete online work. The concept of ecological co-living is visionary and Liz is admirably dedicated to it! The village of Roseto Valfatore provides a wonderful and charming small Italian town cultural experience, and I enjoyed daily walks in the countryside. If you're seeking a positive and engaging co-living experience, and especially if you believe in ecologically sound , living, I can't recommend La Vita Sukha enough.
I co-lived at La Vita Sukha for 2 weeks and had the most amazing time. The community Liz has built is incredibly kind, generous with their knowledge and a creative open minded space. I learnt a lot this past two weeks about new things, like psychedelic breathwork and deep house, as well as having the time and space to reflect more deeply about myself. It was a lovely, restful retreat where you have time to authentically interact with the local community, support the local economy by buying fresh produce from local farmers, and explore a lesser known part of Italy. If you’re thinking of going, do it!
I spent a month at La Vita Sukha from August to September this year. I fell in love with the villa, location, lifestyle and developed a really good bond with Liz. Now the place feels like a second home for me, and I'm returning again at the end of the month. When I first arrived Liz and Rhodri gave me a warm welcome, and helped me to integrate into the local community. I can't recommend La Vita Sukha enough as a digital nomad, especially those in a creative field, I feel my ideas and creative work is supercharged in their environment.
This place is magical. You are surrounded by nature, good vibes and wonderful people. I felt immediately welcomed. Liz is a great host with such a positive energy. It’s up to you to decide if you need to work in a quiet room or in an open space, to switch position or to jump into the pool to refresh your mind. The common spaces including the kitchen are perfect to cook a meal or to chat and to get in touch with co-workers. La Vita Sikhs is THE perfect place to combine whatever you need to grow.
I have just returned form a stay at La Vita, Sukha the villa is gorgeous with large rooms and shared areas so you don’t feel on top of other guests. The outside space and pool area is sunning and a peaceful spot to sunbathe. Liz has energy and positivity that is inspiring, I loved learning about permaculture while enjoying fresh plumbs, figs, apples and pears straight from the trees. The historic village is small but has a great atmosphere where you can enjoy fabulous food and coffee while enjoying the Mountain View, it has a market on Saturdays and a couple of shops, everyone I met was super friendly and I had the Most fabulous stay.
