The atmosphere is peaceful and quiet, making it the perfect place to relax or get some work done. It's an excellent spot for coworking, with a comfortable environment and reliable Wi-Fi. The pool is beautiful and a great place to unwind after a productive day. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the drinks were excellent too. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. I would definitely recommend this place and would happily stay here again.

NETS has became my second home while staying in Ahangama in the past 2 months. Tucked in the quiet back street, near Gas station surf spot, and numbers of lovely cafés and local restaurants. The jungle view helps me ground but particularly I most enjoyed watching the monkey family hopping about on the tree top directly in front of my window. Backed up with generator, solar panel and Starlink internet, you can be free from the interruptions which is a normal for Sri Lanka unfortunately. I made a few great friends while here, and every single one of the staff members are the loveliest and best!

I can highly recommend this co-working space. The Starlink WiFi is very fast and stable, and thanks to the solar panels, power outages are easily bridged, which makes it a reliable place to work. The staff are incredibly friendly and always easy to reach if you have any questions. The rooms are also very nice and clean, making it a great place not only to work but also to stay. There’s a small café on site with good coffee and tasty food options(also gluten-free ones). Another thing I really appreciated is that staying guests also have access to a small kitchen with a fridge and stove, which is perfect if you want to prepare your own meals. One thing to keep in mind is that during the two weeks I stayed there, there weren’t any organized events or evening get-togethers to meet other people. There is a WhatsApp group where guests can connect, although it was fairly quiet while I was there. So it’s definitely more of a calm place focused on working rather than a very social co-living environment.

I stayed here for two months as a digital nomad and it turned out to be an excellent place to work remotely. From a professional standpoint, it was by far the best setup in the area. The internet was extremely reliable (including Starlink), there are private booths for important Zoom calls, and the off-grid solar installation means electricity is stable — something that’s not always guaranteed in this region. This made it easy to maintain a professional routine and work without interruptions. The hotel rooms are comfortable and well suited for longer stays, especially if you’re working full-time. The overall environment is calm, focused, and very supportive for remote professionals who need a dependable workspace. That said, the atmosphere is clearly oriented toward people who are working. Many guests are professionals with varying schedules, and it can be active in the evenings with people still working. For couples on a honeymoon or travelers looking for a purely quiet, romantic retreat, this might not be the ideal fit. For solo digital nomads or remote workers, however, it’s a fantastic place to stay productive and meet like-minded people. Overall, I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, professional work environment with strong internet, stable power, and a community of remote workers.

Absolutely amazing place. To be honest, I didn’t even know that places like this existed. A place where you can come on vacation, truly relax, and at the same time have a separate, quiet space to work in peace. This concept completely surprised me in the best possible way. The hotel is located slightly away from the main road, which is a huge advantage — it’s wonderfully quiet and calm. The atmosphere is very intimate and cozy, everything is designed with great taste and attention to detail. There is a small pool, but it fits perfectly into the whole concept — everything feels harmonious and well thought out. On top of that, the staff is incredibly kind and helpful. Every recommendation we received during our stay was spot on — from places worth seeing to restaurants where we should eat. Thanks to them, our stay was even better and completely stress-free. I honestly and wholeheartedly recommend this place. It’s something special.

Mixed feelings about our stay at NETS. Lovely coworking space with ac, jungle views and super friendly staff. Very stylish common areas with chairs, tables and comfy sofas. Free filtered water and lovely smelling shampoo and body wash were a nice touch. Our rooms were both disappointing though. It smelt damp, the first room lacked any natural light and was very loud, there was consistent moisture in the room and the bathrooms were quite off putting. Given the price point of this accommodation, we did not feel it lived up to the expectations

Staying at Nets was great, truly the best place to work in Ahangama. The coworking area is ideal with strong wifi, air conditioning, fans, meeting rooms, plus the option to order coffee and cakes. What really makes Nets special is the staff. They are incredibly kind and helpful, from the team during the day to the night guardian. Nets simply wouldn’t be the same without them.

I took the monthly pass in this coworking and it was perfect. The location is great, really close from everything but not in the busy part of ahangama. The coworking is very comfortable, they have nice chairs, you can rent a monitor, or a phone booth. And it’s nice to have access to the swimming pool as well. But the best part of the coworking is the staff, they are so sweet, always smiling and always ready to help you. I really recommend this place if you are looking for a place to focus they have day passes as well !
