A charming village nestled in the Almanzora Valley, surrounded by stunning mountains and lush forests. We want it to be your second home, your pueblo, a place to visit any time of the year to enjoy the seasonal festivities, cuisine and the people.

Just to say that this is now my third visit to Picassa this year and I have another stay planned for August.
I absolutely love this place, the building itself is absolutely fantastic, with large airy rooms all located around magnificent stairwell. For outside space there is a nicely shaded terrace overlooking a tranquil courtyard.
But what really makes this place special is the generosity of spirit of our hosts Alej and Gian, from our first visit they made us feel so welcome that we have now become part of the family and I believe I have found friends for life.
If you are looking for a place to escape too I thoroughly recommend you attend one of their events or join their co-living community.
Finally I would also like to say how delightful the town of Purchena is, very much a traditional Spanish town unspoilt by tourism and all the locals are very welcoming and friendly.
If you’re looking for a great co-living space with equal time for connection and co-working, incredible local attractions (ancient Roman spring pool swimming, green way and Mountain views) as well as space for time alone then this is the experience and dream you’ve been looking for.
My boyfriend and I went to Picassa coliving in may for 5 weeks and we had an absolute amazing time! We actually changed our plans and will be back next week. Why? Because the coliving is a one of a kind experience! The house is beautiful with great detail. But what truly makes the coliving are Alejandra and Gianluca. Alejandra makes sure you get the Purchena experience. From cooking roscos with her grandma to having a day trip with the town, we did it all. Gianluca is the Italian soul of the house and prepares the most tasty breakfast every morning with an Italian coffee. I don't know how he makes the eggs, but I miss them. They truly did an amazing job on making the coliving a home away from home. We had great dinners and long and deep talks and they made a vibrant community. They just started, but have already mastered the art of coliving. No commercial unpersonal experience, but a heartfelt passionate experience. If you are looking for a quiet coliving with lots of actvities and a family ambience, Purchena is the place to be. See you guys next week!
The house is a true work of art, very well decorated, with spacious rooms, large work spaces inside and outside, good conditions for cooking and relaxing.
The owners, Alejandra and Gianluca, are incredible, super welcoming, passionate and committed to the quality of the project they are courageously implementing in the beautiful village of Purchena. I totally recommend it!
Looking back, I cherish the wonderful memories I made here and hope to return one day. I can’t recommend this place highly enough - it’s a perfect blend of community, creativity and connection.
Highly recommended!
I stayed at Picassa with my partner for two nights and worked remotely. The villa, located in the peaceful town of Purchena, is a charming Andalusian-style house. The hosts, Gianluca and Alejandra, were incredibly welcoming and helpful. Our room was very comfortable, with a great bed, and the breakfast was fantastic!
The coworking area on the top floor was perfect, featuring adjustable desks and a whiteboard for brainstorming. The villa’s authentic furniture and artwork beautifully reflect the rich culture of Andalucía. Purchena itself is a lovely town with friendly locals and wonderful spots to explore. A highlight of our stay was walking up the hill to enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding hills and the town below.
I spent about two weeks at Picassa Pueblo Coliving with a friend and it was a fantastic experience. The house is welcoming, with attention to detail and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The owners are wonderful people, always available and very welcoming, making the atmosphere even more pleasant. Excellent WiFi connection and excellent coworking space equipped with ergonomic and comfortable desk and chairs. A perfect place to feel at home and enjoy your stay in total relaxation. Highly recommended!
