The room was nicely decorated and comfortable overall. However, I personally experienced a recurring issue with insects coming out of the wall during my stay.
The location works well if you rent a motorbike. If you’re planning to walk everywhere, it’s less convenient — especially when it rains, as the street floods and becomes very muddy, making it difficult to go out even just to get food.
I was also disappointed with the transportation arranged by the guesthouse. I was significantly overcharged, and the driver was rude and not helpful when dropping me at the harbor. I would recommend organizing your own transport independently.
Perfect place to stay for surf learners visiting Lombok south as this place is quiet and spacous!

We stayed here on our honeymoon for 1 week, very great service, very clean room.
Zaki was very responsive, we've rent a scooter from him and he also helped with finding drivers for any car trip we have requested.
Ripbowl is a hidden gem!! We highly recommend! Really beautiful and quiet place with an amazing host! Also have to say that the sheets were amazing
Loved our time here - cozy, quiet and very clean rooms! My wife and I had a great time & they even helped us with airport transfers & scooter rentals! Highly recommend
Amazing place.
It has everything you need. The bed is comfy, nice and equipped kitchen. The bathroom is just amazing with the best shower you can ask for.
Everything was super clean as well.
In a really nice area, super close to the beach, close enough to kuta but further to the chaos.

Absolutely loved this place ! The place is super cozy with such good vibes, perfect for relaxing. It’s really well located: close enough to Kuta to enjoy everything easily, but still far enough to be quiet and peaceful. The staff was absolutely lovely and made me feel right at home. + the price is very affordable. I can only recommend it if you’re looking for a great place to stay in Lombok!

We loved our stay at the Ripbowl. Zaki is so kind and competent, his english is very good! The rooms we’re cleaned every day, we could rent a scooter and ask for everything that we needed. The location is very good of you have a scooter, on foot everything is managable but wouldn‘t recommend because of the heat.
