I highly recommend this coliving. It’s truly beautiful, an old Canarian palace, and living there is an amazing experience. It has plenty of space, is filled with natural light, and you can work from the terrace. The Wi-Fi covers every corner of the house and is very fast, plus the rooms are equipped with height-adjustable desks. It’s located in the historic center of Las Palmas, the most beautiful and authentic area, just a stone’s throw from the cathedral.
It‘s too bad that there is only a 5* rating available as this place and its owner Raquel owns a 5*Plus at least! I‘ve been to numerous Colivings over the past 4 years and this one is very unique. Not only for its excellent location close to the Cathedral but also for its history as Raquels grandfather actually build the house in 1907 and it was Raquel to make it a Coliving from the heart and in 2021. Every room is full of natural light and named after a must-see on GC Island. You see and feel the attention and Love for details in every corner, community pizza nights, filtered water, high-speed wifi, a huge rooftop terrace and a weekly cleaning are set and underline Raquels expertise as your caring host. Needless to say she helps you with recommendations to explore the best parts of the Island and also with any special need. I met amazing people here and living really feels kind a Royal - like in a ‚Palazzo‘ 🤩 I highly recommend this place to everyone who wants to cowork, colive and enjoy the amazing vibe of Las Palmas de GC. 🫶🏼
The coliving 1907 is the perfect place to stay in Las Palmas, provinding everything you need to work and relax. The area Triana is lovely, full of historic landmarks and it is easy to go anywhere else in the city or the island thanks to the bus station which is 5 minutes away. The owner can help you with everything you need. I loved my stay here!
I'm very happy with my coliving experience. I really liked the location in the city centre. The house is very nice. I met very interesting nomads. Raquel is very friendly. 100% recommendable.
I spent a whole month at Coliving 1907 and I have to say I loved it! Raquel always responds very quickly when you need something and the roof terrace is the highlight. If you need to work, you can do it in your room at the stand-up desk or on the roof terrace. The only negative thing is, some rooms are loud because they are located directly on the main street. I will definitely come back :)
I’ve been staying at this coliving space for several months, and got to know many very friendly and interesting people from all over the world. The host is great, very thoughtful and friendly. The location is also very good, there are many grocery stores, a shopping mile and the main bus station in walking distance. And everything else you can reach by bus or taxi in a few minutes. My room was very tidy yet a little bit loud because there was a bus stop right below but that is really the only minor complaint I had about the place. The roof terrace is great for all kinds of activities, the kitchen is well equipped. I really had a good time there and if I ever find myself visiting the island again I would stay there again.
I had a really nice 2-months stay in Coliving 1907. Met some really nice people over there! Coliving house is located in old town with lot of coffee shops & restaurants nearby. Not so many tourists in the area. Main beach / meet-up / events area is around 30 minutes away by bus or an hour by walk. Main bus station is located 5 minutes from co-living, and it's a main bus station for Las Palmas taking you to any place on the island you want. Downside for this location is that it's not ultra quiet because of wooden windows & street next to the building. Buses can be heard from time to time. House is specious, well-maintained and is cleaned once a week, along with rooms, so felt clean. Place has a rooftop terrace, where I was spending a lot of time working. Room had a superb adjustable desk! The main points for meeting people were kitchen and rooftop terrace. Small improvements that could be made: better common space (sofas, coffee tables, etc.) as a meeting point for co-livers, better office chairs in rooms, a bin for mixed trash, one wifi network across the entire house instead of two separate networks, and more motion-light detectors.
