My friend and I came here for dinner on recommendation from a friend and ended up coming two more times as it was so good! The atmosphere, the live music, and my GOD the food, was all amazing. We even scored a free shot each on one night! Staff were lovely and super helpful. Very vegan friendly and all of the food and cocktails we had was absolutely incredible. It's a bit back off the street and so feels like a beautiful oasis in the heart of Ubud.
Will definitely be coming back here again next time we're in Ubud! Also I can't remember of the name of the soup in the picture I've attached, but it was unreal.
We are a family of 4 on a 2-month trip to Bali and staying here and experiencing what Onion Co had to offer was just so great. The convenience and the comfort level from both the front restaurant and the back working space couldn’t have been better. It felt clean, spacious and fun to be in such a sweet creative environment. Important for us was good WiFi and a kitchen. The WiFi was strong and stable, and the kitchen was simple, clean and provided everything we needed. One night we joined for dinner and live music and the musicians were absolutely phenomenal. Another night we got dessert and we’re given free drinks for ladies night. And finally a word about the staff. You will not find a genuinely kinder sweeter staff than here. On the last morning of our stay I was treated to an offering making lesson from Rina, who thoughtfully met me in the front with all the flowers and supplies we needed and she generously shared her time not only teaching me how to make these offerings, but she was patient enough to explain the intentions behind all the elements. She offered this to me simply because I was curious and told her of my fascination. Who else does this?!! Incredible enriching experience, and for sure we will be coming back. Treat yourself while you’re in Ubud, and go experience this place.
I stayed in the “cozy” room, really different and very comfortable! Nice pool area & restaurant, staff were really friendly as well! Quite quiet due to off season but plenty of events setup.
Can’t say enough about how amazing this place is!
Travelling alone I was a bit worried about not speaking to anyone but the staff were so so friendly and made me feel right at home. The love shack room was amazing, everything so clean and looked fantastic. It’s right in the centre of Ubud so close to everything and just round the corner from the monkey forest.
I would recommend anyone to stay here! I will definitely be back!
We visited this perfect place twice. The first experience was so good, so we went back for our farewell dinner. And it was even better. The cocktails are georgeouses. The staff is exeptional and the food is as delicious as it stands in the restaurant’s name. The second time we even had live music 🤍
