The House and the Garden have so much space for everyone - you can be by yourself or in community just as you feel.
Liam and Chico are amazing hosts, lovely humans and Friends now :) I stayed two months without a car and got around very well with the publics _ however I'll get a rental next time for comfort.
I can only recommend everything and will be back for sure!

We stayed at Vivenda Felicidade for five weeks and it was honestly one of the most memorable and enriching places we have ever stayed. It is rare to find somewhere with such a special atmosphere — peaceful, welcoming, inspiring, and full of warmth. The accommodation was fantastic: beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully put together, with everything needed to feel at home for a longer stay. The cats Meeko and Gala looked after us very well too! There is such a lovely energy there, with great people, beautiful surroundings, and an overall sense of calm and connection that made every day feel restorative.
We learned so much about about permaculture and sustainable living from Chico and Liam. Being there gave us a real insight into the philosophy and practice behind it all. Some amazing beaches are just down the road and Chico is an absolute shredder on the waves! Can't wait to come back!

Chico, Liam and the cats are really what makes this place so special - they instantly made us feel at home and shared so much of their personalities, stories and skills with us. Together with the curious and open-minded guests they seem to attract, this really feels like a little community that we were lucky to be part of for a while. People love to socialize, share meals and surf sessions, while it’s also always fine to do your own thing or work (like most people had to during the week).
The house and its beautiful permaculture garden have its very own cozy charm. There is everything you might need - a well-equipped kitchen, a co-working space, an outside workout area and a cute attic for yoga sessions or a quiet moment. Location is fantastic as well. You can reach a surfable beach in just 5 mins and Sintra, Ericeira, and even Lisbon are just a short car ride away as well.
Can highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a home away from home on the Portuguese coast for a while!
One of the most beautiful places where we have been so far. The People, the house and the garden and for sure not to forget the cats - everything magical and peaceful. The feeling and the experience there is in simple words: sharing is caring. A great place to receive and at the same time to give something back to our world 🌿
I spent seven very relaxing, exciting, and inspiring days at Vivenda Felicidade. Founder Xico summed it up right at the beginning of my stay: "Everyone here is not just a guest, but part of a profound and valuable life project." You decide for yourself how much of your energy you want to contribute.
I learned a lot about permaculture and aquascaping from Xico and was able to work in the garden myself – plus there were great community activities like Yin Yoga or a sunset hike in a secluded bay. I also met some really great people, had honest conversations, and enjoyed new perspectives – but also had plenty of space for myself. Thanks to the fast Wi-Fi and cozy workspaces both indoors and outdoors, I was able to work undisturbed.
All in all, a heartfelt recommendation for anyone looking to spend a good Coliving-time not far from the breathtaking coast of the Sintra region. ♥️
I had a lovely stay of 11 nights at Vivenda Felicidade and really enjoyed the laid-back atmosphere, the beautiful garden with the chickens and the breathtaking sunsets at Magoito Beach. The Environment was perfect for a workation. :) Would come back any time! 💜
