The place has a great concept, it works for the most part. My only hiccup was looking for covers in the pantry after being told by the staff to do so and the pantry not having what I needed. But the staff were absolutely lovely and brought it to me after I called again. The hotel is clean and beautiful. You can see the love and thought that was put in the rooms and I absolutely LOVED the independence of having a kitchenette in the room and making my tea/coffee as I felt like having them. And let me just attempt to explain how AMAZING the breakfast was… it was on point, not too much that you feel overwhelmed but enough that you can’t try everything cose you’ll be too full. The clean food concept just adds the cherry on top, I am a foodie and LOVE to eat healthy. From the dairy free alternatives to the hummus and veggies… and then there was THE BREAD 🤤🤤🤤, absolutely lovely which comes accompanied by the kind staff. If I could rate by numbers it would be a 9.8 / 10 🤎
Will definitely go back when I go back to Amsterdam in the future.
Our family had a wonderful stay, but what truly made it unforgettable was the INCREDIBLE staff.
Unfortunately, I threw out my back during our trip (completely unrelated to the hotel). Ana, Preet, and Natalie went far above and beyond to take care of me. They checked in on me throughout the day—even during their breaks—helped me navigate the local healthcare system, assisted me in finding the right medications, and genuinely cared about how I was doing. Their kindness, compassion, and willingness to help during a stressful situation meant so much to me and my family.
Tommy and Joanna were equally amazing with our children. We arrived just as the kitchen was about to close after a long day of traveling and were absolutely starving. Instead of turning us away, they warmly welcomed us in and kept our kids entertained while we ate. Their hospitality immediately made us feel at home.
The level of care and genuine kindness shown by everyone on the team was beyond what i've ever experienced and Ive travelled a lot. We're so grateful for everything they did to make our stay so special on top of a wonderful hotel set up. We can't wait to come back.

Very expensive for what is basically little to no service.
The rooms are small for the price, and the whole place feels more like a hostel than a hotel. Check-in is mostly self-service or through a tiny counter, which already sets the tone.
The biggest issue was cleanliness. The room looked dirty, and nothing felt truly clean. The cleaning standards were honestly disappointing, especially considering how much they charge. $$$
I booked through Expedia and was given a completely different price. Since I no longer had my original confirmation, there was basically nothing I could do about it.
For this price, you can definitely find a much better hotel from a bigger, more reliable brand.
I been to AMS many times not a fan of the location.
The terrace is cute, but people leave glasses and dishes around, and no one seems to clean them up.
Room cleaning is also only available on demand, and based on the cleanliness during my stay, I’m not even sure what they actually clean.
The only positive was that the staff was friendly, and I appreciated the changing room and locker option for guests arriving early.
My recent stay at Zoku was absolutely fantastic, and I can highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and comfortable experience. I had the pleasure of staying in one of their Loft XL rooms, and from the moment I walked in, I was impressed. The hotel has a really cool vibe, and it truly felt like a home away from home.
The Loft XL itself was a standout. It was spacious, which made for a very relaxing stay, and having a fully functional kitchen was a huge bonus - perfect for making coffee in the morning or a quick meal. And let me tell you, the bed was exceptionally comfy, I slept like a dream every single night. Every detail in the room felt well-thought-out and designed for comfort and practicality.
Beyond the room, the staff at Zoku were genuinely wonderful. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly helpful and friendly, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. I honestly have no complaints at all about my stay. Zoku definitely sets a high bar for a comfortable and convenient hotel experience!
Felt at home! Neighbourhood is lovely, staff is brilliant, I love the design, the comfort and breakfast is excellent. I even booked a later flight not to miss breakfast after my last night. Workspace is fantastic, spacious with several phone booths and plenty of great spots to work from. Can't wait to go back and stay longer!
Never again. Costing you a fortune for no service.
Need to check-in by your own for an over 300€ / night room . On top if you're pre-paying something in advance nobody cares and you have to ask. On top you need to pay also for the parking. Honestly i heavy recommend to all the old fashion people to avoid this geeky "pseudo" green place. For the same price or even less you can go to Hilton / Interconti & co .Same price they park your car , bring your luggage in the room and make your room every day.
By the way I forgot : if you stay more than 1 day they don't clean the room , no fresh towels despite 30 degrees outside so you need to take more showers.......Same wet towels only.
AVOID IT . Even the geeks and Insta Fan. go and take your pictures on the roof and move elsewhere. Eventually make a donation of the delta to a charity.
A unique place! The loft rooms are well laid out. Kitchen stocked well and had everything required for our 4 night stay. They even have a pantry on each floor if we needed something extra. The reception is on the 6th floor and can be a bit confusing if you are used to a conventional hotel layout. The 6th floor is beautifully laid out and has a great ambience. It’s good to have breakfast, lunch and dinner available if needed.
The location is also great. It worked for us. We could walk to most places, trams are also close by and it is easy to get to Central station.
Just be careful of the loft bed if you’re not accustomed to climbing up
Great stay from start to finish. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The room had everything I needed. From the well-placed power outlets to the Nespresso machine, tea, cook oil, utensils, workspace, they clearly thought about the guest experience. It was clean, comfortable. Friendly staffs in Reception. I look forward to stay in other cities.
