We stayed at ZOKU for a two day workshop with 35 participants) and overall had a very good experience. The atmosphere and food were excellent – stylish setting and great quality throughout. The rooms are special and cozy and the Co-Working Space is amazing.
The event organization was okay, but the communication between the event team and hotel staff (reception, check-in, restaurant) could be improved. It would also help if the person coordinating the event beforehand was available on-site as a direct contact.
Overall, a very pleasant stay.
Not super central. Drinks are not cheap, but love the atmosphere.

Zoku was a unique and trendy spot. We loved the rooftop benches, common areas, and loft style rooms. Would definitely recommend when traveling on business or pleasure. The staff, food, drinks, and coffees were all terrific. It was also a close walk or drive to some stores, restaurants, pubs, and the train station. Hope to go back in the future!
had a wonderful stay at Zoku. The location is excellent, the staff are incredibly friendly and professional—especially Luana and Merlin, who really made me feel welcome.
The room felt like home: cozy, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. I also loved the view from room 527, which made the stay even more special.

We went out for dinner here, and it was surprisingly good, we ordered multiple dishes and I’d recommend the pita/hummus/baba ganoush. Service was also friendly. Would definitely come back in summer, their rooftop looked great!
Perfect place to stay in Amsterdam. The location was excellent. You are close to everything but out of the noise. The rooms are perfect and really feel like a little home away from home. We love to do our own cooking so having access to the kitchen is great. Most of the time when we travel we look for a rooftop to hang out on, but at Zoku you have access to a beautiful one right on site. This was my second Zoku location and it was just as perfect as the first, maybe even better.
When I first started staying here, I met Preet, and I was immediately impressed by her positive energy. She is always friendly, approachable, and helpful, which makes me feel very welcome and comfortable—especially as a long-term guest. This enhances the overall experience and gives me great confidence in the service here. Everyone is very friendly and always willing to help.
In addition, the hotel is in a great location and has a wonderful terrace, which makes the stay even more enjoyable.
