The staff was super nice and accommodating. Check in and check out is extremely easy. There is locker storage on site - so even if the room is not ready early you can store your luggage prior to check in. The location is great - the hotel is located close to the RER C , M 13 M14, and the T3 B - so you can take a train to anywhere in Paris. There is a small minimart next to the hotel and a drug store close by - the hotel staff make custom espresso drinks whenever you want.
Lovely loft and staff, price quality is great and the best hotel breakfast ever. Very much worth the price.
However - the hygiene was not so much up to par. Questionable white spots on the sofa and the toilet was a bit smelly. The room also did not get cleaned during our stay. Neighbourhood is nothing to write home about, but in front of a metrostation so well connected to the city center.
Beautiful studio with the mist comfortable bed. We stayed 3 nights and never slept better. Great atmosphere, location and friendly staff. Everything was great from check in to checkout.
Stayed at Zoku Paris Hotel for a business trip and was thoroughly impressed. Check-in was smooth, and the room was a perfect blend of comfort and functionality, ideal for work. The high-speed Wi-Fi and comfortable working area were standout features. Dining options were delightful, and the hotel's location made navigating Paris a breeze. Exceptional service throughout. Highly recommend for a hassle-free business stay.
What a great hotel! Our apartment was very nice with clever design elements that made our stay particularly nice. Lots of storage to keep things out of the way, comfy bed, everything you need in the kitchen (and a storage room with extras on the same floor, even rice cookers!).
It's also right next to a metro station and the area feels quite safe.
We'll be looking for Zoku hotels in the future.
My daughter and I stayed for three nights last fall. Great location with easy Metro access. The neighborhood is being revitalized, but there are some areas that I would avoid at night. Staff are very friendly, from all over the world. I would love to stay here again!
A very nice clean and trendy place. The hotel is very clean and the the level of service is perfect. A great choice for a business trip only 30 min by taxi from CDG airport, for a holiday trip one should consider the distance from the main city attractions and nightlife.
