We originally booked one of the 1 bedroom lofts but i was uncomfortable with the idea of climbing out the bed, down the pullout steps given my mobility issue and the meds I take at nice so we ended up booking the two bedroom. It has a bed on the main floor. No climbing. Something to keep in mind. Hotel is excellent. Its very quiet internally. Externally if youre facing Clichy you will hear sirens all day because of traffic and courthouse across the street. Saying that we loved the area there from the SOouest shopping mall through the parks down to Baitignoles. Lots of excellent restaurants and mebs and womens boutique all nearby. We were realky happy with the area. Now there is a homeless encampment under the Periphique expressway nearby but they dont bother you and theres lots of people walking by all the time. So yes explore the other side of the Periphique.
Hotel has an app based laundry service in the basement with Miele washer and dryers.
Nice rooftop restaurant and reception area where u check in. Next to the bar. We enjoyed it very much. Better than the small rooms u normally get. We will be back.
Great hotel but let down by staff.
i've stayed here so many times but my last visit, i was downgraded with no prior notice. I was offered a partial refund. 2 weeks later, no refund. I called and immediately Ivona tells me it was processed but it hadn't been as I checked with the bank. Then I'm told i'd be refunded €40 which was then reduced to €20. the back and forth was really dismal and where before they had a loyal customer, they've lost one because of poor staff training, incompetence and a total lack of customer/client awareness. A shame as the hotel otherwise is decent. I can't recommend a place that shows such little regard to a loyal customer.
The best place to stay in Paris! I love the room, very spacious. Complete with a living room and a modern kitchen. The staff are so friendly. They also have a rooftop café that looks cozy. It is located nearby on a monorail station. Definitely, I will be back here! 💯
We stayed here for a short weekend getaway with my husband. It was our first experience with Zoku Paris, and we absolutely loved it.
First of all, the location is great. It’s only a few minutes’ walk from the metro station and very well connected to the rest of Paris, which makes getting around the city very easy.
We were there just for a weekend break, but I think Zoku is also a fantastic option for business trips or longer stays. They provide collaborative workspaces in a very stylish and comfortable setting, which gives the hotel a really nice atmosphere.
The hotel was incredibly quiet. Our room overlooked a football field where teams were training, which created a nice open view and made the room feel even more relaxing.
The rooms are not very large, but they are extremely well designed and make great use of the space. Everything you might need is there, including a small kitchenette and a comfortable working area.
They also have an adorable rooftop terrace where we enjoyed having coffee and drinks, even despite the cold weather. It’s a lovely place to relax.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely choose Zoku again and try Zoku in other countries.
I want to shoutout Leslie! Please acknowledge her. She was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. She helped me find and book a hair salon, even set up the appointment for me. Very grateful to her for giving me the ins and outs of Paris for my visits August. This review is overdue but want to give her her flowers
Had an amazing stay at zoku Paris. Room is great just like zoku in other countries, coffee is great and Sidekicks are warm and helpful. Especially Dasha who’s amazing and makes me feel very welcome. Would recommend this hotel to any travelers.
+ positive : We stayed a 4 nights at Zoku last week. The loft room is lovely and has everything you need. The staff was very friendly. Metro station is close by.
- negative : the booking ad said there is a parking. When we arrived they told us there is no parking but you have to park in a public garage 8minutes walk from the hotel. The garage is very expensive. We complained at the counter, they said “ we have asked booking.com many times to remove that there is a parking but they haven’t, not our fault”. We booked this hotel mainly for the parking possibility ( when parking is not in price included-hotel is very expensive)
- breakfast is very very basic, the exact same every day, very dry. We regretted including it.
We enjoyed our short stay, but those two things could be better, especially for the price you pay.
I stayed at Zoku Hotels for about six weeks, and it was an excellent experience! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and the property is very well managed. Since this was my temporary accommodation while moving to a new country and searching for a permanent home, efficiency and comfort were key—and Zoku delivered on both. It is also well connected to the transportation network with both the Metro line (13&14) and the tram being a minute's walk from the hotel.
The rooms are minimalistic yet brilliantly designed, making the space feel cozy and practical for everyday living. Everything is well-equipped, so managing daily life is easy. I’ll truly miss this place as I move into my permanent home, but I’m taking with me fond memories—hosting friends, enjoying the rooftop restaurant, and working in the co-working space. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a smart, comfortable stay!
