The overall place is excellent, and the room efficiently utilizes space. However, I had an issue with the room cleaning service. Despite booking for four nights, the room was not cleaned at all during my stay. Although I was informed about the scheduled cleaning, it was not carried out.
You claim to strive for making your guests' stay as amazing as possible, and you truly deliver. The entire team is always smiling and eager to help. The rooms are thoughtfully decorated and equipped, considering every detail one could imagine. The co-working space, meeting rooms in the lobby, bar, and kitchen are all designed with perfection in mind. It felt like a home away from home, with everything we needed for our business meetings readily available.
I have had the pleasure of staying at numerous hotels in Vienna, and I must say that this particular establishment stands out as exceptional. The hotel's cleanliness and spacious rooms are commendable. Each room is thoughtfully equipped with a stove and microwave, providing guests with the convenience of preparing their own meals. The room's design adds a touch of whimsy, as guests must pull down stairs from the wall to access the bed. The staff's friendliness and helpfulness further enhance the overall experience. Notably, the hotel's proximity to Prater offers guests the opportunity for quick and enjoyable leisure activities. Additionally, the availability of a private parking lot caters to those arriving by car. In conclusion, this hotel ranks among the finest I have encountered during my stays in Vienna.
Lovely place with amazing view on Prater. We were served by lovely Julia who took great care of us. The drinks were really good! We will come back for sure
The rooms are great for longer-term stays with a nice kitchen and feels homey. Everyone who works there is very friendly and helpful. Great amenities like the gym, rooftop, restaurant, etc. Would recommend!
