A great place to stay when visiting Vienna. The rooftop restaurant offers a beautiful view, and the parking is very convenient. Excellent location, comfortable accommodation, and easy access to the city’s main attractions. I highly recommend it!
This is a nice, modern, and well maintained space. But it is right next to an amusement park. While that makes for a lovely evening up on the top floor bar looking out, it also means it's rather noisy. This was especially true on the Friday night we were there when there was very loud music until midnight.
We had a really great stay at Zoku Vienna. The room was extremely comfortable and thoughtfully equipped — everything you might need was there, from dishes to coffee capsules. The bed was very comfortable, and we also received a free upgrade to a room with a balcony, which made the stay even better.
The 7th floor space with the terrace is amazing — a great atmosphere to relax or work. Breakfast was good overall, although the à la carte options were a bit limited, and the smoked salmon sandwich was unfortunately quite dry.
The staff was genuinely friendly and welcoming throughout the stay. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel.
My daughter and I stayed for 2 nights and found Zoku Vienna to be an excellent hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Loved the room; such a comfortable bed and the reception/bar area was modern with lovely views. We would highly recommend!
We only spent a couple days in Vienna and it was in December so a very cold time to be experiencing the city. But if I was there for a while or lived in the area I would take advantage of the cool shared work space they offer on the top floor. I bet the roof terrace is packed in the warm months as well. Really friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are cute and ecological and it's great for travelers that there is laundry in the building. Fun location right next to the amusement park but you have to take transport to get to the city center.
Very nice hotel with super cool atmosphere and great location. Metro is in walking distance, Prater in front of the door. Also restaurants and cafes are in walking distance. Liked the arrangement of small calm and relaxing areas and small work spaces embedded within meeting rooms, kitchen, bar, roof top terrace,... Rooms are perfectly equipped with all you need. One smaller critics is unfortunately rather soft mattress.
We stay here often and love the location and the room. But the reception at the top floor and the self-check in made it a bit less of a smooth experience. But today, thanks to the person who helped with the check-in I had a super nice experience, I laughed, I felt welcomed. It was energizing after a long busy day and this is much appreciated 🥰
Loved our stay here! The location was perfect — just outside the busy city crowds but still super easy to get to everything. The subway is only a block away, so getting around was a breeze. Our room was huge, spotless, and had everything we needed.
The best part? The amazing water pressure in the shower and the super comfy bed — seriously, one of the best sleeps we’ve had in a while! We also had a little kitchenette and a balcony, which were great extras. The view from the 7th floor overlooked the nearby carnival, and it was absolutely beautiful at night.
Overall, such a great stay — we’d definitely come back!
