Amplitude was more than just a place to stay. Amplitude fostered a community of friends that I will continue to stay friends with for long into the future and plan many reunions to Amplitude with. The location is outstanding with just a minute walk to main road where many top bars, shops, and restaurants are located in La Punta, but also just a short 5-minute walk to the beach, perfect for surfers and beach-goers alike. The CO-living itself is outstanding. the rooms are all great sizes that are clean, comfortable, and have everything you could need while traveling. The co-work space is great, with large open windows to get plenty of natural light, but also has AC, which is rare in a co-work space! The kitchen has all necessities and plenty of space to cook with multiple people, and plenty of storage space for each guest. The community manager, Lina, and the owners, Kenny and Brit, are outstanding and truly want to foster a creative space for everyone and provide opportunities to make friends, try new things, and just enjoy the lifestyle that Puerto Escondido offers.
I stayed for 5 weeks at amplitude and loved every minute. The space is amazing, you feel like you’re living in a house with all your besties. We had an amazing group while I was there and I honestly never felt alone. But at the same time, the cowork space and rooms allowed us to be productive and focus during the week, and have fun at the weekends. Puerto is an amazing place too, the beaches are beautiful, a great sense of community and overall just a lovely place to stay. Lina is also amazing, she’s a very present community manager and makes sure everyone’s having a good time while arranging activities for us every week. I’d 100% stay here again!!
I stayed at Amplitude for around 2 months in total, having the opportunity to experience three different room types! I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and highly recommend to those traveling to Puerto.
It has a nice luxury wellness vibe, the rooms are spacious & clean, great shower water pressure/hot water and an amazing community vibe.
Lina the community manager really creates an environment centered around connection and engagement, with planned weekly activities from family dinners to nights out on the town.
Amplitude's La Punta location is prime as well, literally in close walking distance to the beach, amazing restaurants, cafes, bars, music venues and more. I definitely will be staying at Amplitude again!!
I had a great stay at Amplitude. The design of the space is beautiful and thoughtfully done, which made it feel comfortable and inspiring from day one. The people were one of the best parts, everyone was friendly, welcoming, and fun to be around. There’s a great social vibe, but it was also easy to focus and get work done when needed. I even did great networking. If you are looking for a place with a strong community and a productive atmosphere, I would definitely recommend.
I’ve stayed in many coliving and coworking spaces around the world, and Amplitude may be my new all-time favorite. To start, the space is brand new and every design detail feels intentional. It’s clear they truly understand what digital nomads and remote workers need during their stay.
A/C in every room and the coworking area—check. Consistently hot water in the shower—check, check. A calm, stylish design that supports both productivity and relaxation—check. The WiFi was impeccable, with fiber, Starlink, and a backup battery. Reliable internet is often the hardest thing to find in tropical beach towns, and Amplitude absolutely nailed it. Knowing I could log on without issues while still enjoying Puerto gave me total peace of mind.
The location in La Punta is perfect—just a few blocks from the beach, shops, and tons of great restaurants. The space itself has such a relaxed, welcoming vibe: a great coworking area, a beautiful pool for quick dips, and an incredible outdoor kitchen with a huge table that made weekly family dinners extra special.
Kenny, Britt, and Lina are amazing hosts who organize fun events and family dinners that truly create a sense of community. If you’re coming to Puerto to work remotely, traveling solo, or just looking to connect with interesting people from around the world, I can’t recommend Amplitude enough. I’m so glad I found it—and I hope they open another location someday!
I had a great 3 weeks at amplitude! It is in the perfect location, close to the beach and to lots of things in La Punta. The rooms are really nice and beds are super comfy, co-working space is also great with good air-con.
There is the perfect balance of community and social events, while also being able to work productively, and do your own thing if desired. Would recommend if you are looking for a co-living experience in Puerto.
I’ve stayed at Amplitude Coliving twice now, most recently for a full month, and it truly feels like a home base.
The WiFi is rock solid with fiber and Starlink, and backup power, the rooms and Cowork space are built for remote work, and the balance between focus and community is spot on. Productive during the day and social and relaxed after.
The La Punta location is perfect, walkable to surf, sunsets, restaurants, and bars, while still being quiet. It is the kind of place where you end up sharing meals, surf sessions, and ideas with great people.
If you work remotely and want an all in one setup, Amplitude is it.
Amplitude is honestly the best coliving in Puerto Escondido I’ve stayed at. It’s super clean, has fast Starlink wifi, and a really chill coworking space that’s perfect for getting things done. The community vibe is great, everyone’s friendly, active, and usually down for a surf, spikeball or dinner together. The location’s ideal too, close to La Punta and Zicatela, but quiet enough to actually relax. If you’re a digital nomad or remote worker looking for comfort, community, and reliable wifi, this is the place.
