I had a great 3 weeks at amplitude! It is in the perfect location, close to the beach and to lots of things in La Punta. The rooms are really nice and beds are super comfy, co-working space is also great with good air-con.
There is the perfect balance of community and social events, while also being able to work productively, and do your own thing if desired. Would recommend if you are looking for a co-living experience in Puerto.
I’ve stayed at Amplitude Coliving twice now, most recently for a full month, and it truly feels like a home base.
The WiFi is rock solid with fiber and Starlink, and backup power, the rooms and Cowork space are built for remote work, and the balance between focus and community is spot on. Productive during the day and social and relaxed after.
The La Punta location is perfect, walkable to surf, sunsets, restaurants, and bars, while still being quiet. It is the kind of place where you end up sharing meals, surf sessions, and ideas with great people.
If you work remotely and want an all in one setup, Amplitude is it.
Amplitude is honestly the best coliving in Puerto Escondido I’ve stayed at. It’s super clean, has fast Starlink wifi, and a really chill coworking space that’s perfect for getting things done. The community vibe is great, everyone’s friendly, active, and usually down for a surf, spikeball or dinner together. The location’s ideal too, close to La Punta and Zicatela, but quiet enough to actually relax. If you’re a digital nomad or remote worker looking for comfort, community, and reliable wifi, this is the place.
I stayed at Amplitude for 6 weeks!! I’ve had such an amazing experience staying here. This coliving space truly has it all — a great coworking area, a well-equipped kitchen, and beautiful, very clean facilities throughout.
The community is what really makes it special. It’s peaceful and calm when you want it to be, but also incredibly fun and social. The events are thoughtfully organized and make it so easy to meet interesting, welcoming people.
The location in La Punta is perfect — close to the beach and within walking distance of so many great restaurants in Puerto Escondido. The owners are incredibly helpful and responsive, which makes a huge difference when you’re living somewhere longer-term.
And honestly… the floaty flamingo in the pool is a delightful little bonus 🦩
Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place that balances work, community, and fun.
Really beautiful and well taken care of space. Awesome location right in La Punta but down a side street so it’s quiet at night. Great WiFi. The owner setup fast fire optic with Starlink as a backup, so way faster internet than all the other places with only Starlink, but with extra reliability. Really social place that’s easy to meet other travelers and make friends. Big air conditioned co-working space that also has couches and a big TV so you can hangout. Really great fully equipped shared kitchen, that becomes a really great gathering place. Loved my stay here!
I hardly write reviews, I only do if I believe a place deserves it. This new Coliving Space is a must stay when you are in puerto. The rooms are gorgeous with a large amount of space in each room and a desk for all your working needs. Amazing showers for everything you want after a nice long beach day. The common space is so nice to work because they have AC on so you can stay cool during the day. The internet is fast and runs amazing. The evenings are fun with daily sunset seshs with the other guests. You also have a choice to join in some games like spike ball and volleyball. Had an amazing family dinner on Sunday with such a large kitchen and plenty of space to do all your cooking needs! 10/10 recommendation this place.
Beautiful coliving space in a great location.
The climatized work area is perfect to work and socialize. Its close to the beach, restaurants, little stores and shops. The big and fully equipped kitchen gives you the opportunity to make your own food. 10/10 would recommend for short term and long term stays.
One of the great new additions to the Puerto scene! Amplitude is beautifully designed and has all the vibes you'd want in a co-living... great mix of common areas and private rooms, friendly/social guest environment, super fun owner that goes the extra mile, perfect proximity to everything La Punta has to offer but far enough away from any real noise.
