You're more productive when you're happy. So a focused workspace is only half our job. Community, events and green views are the other half.
We have attracted some of the most interesting people roaming Southeast Asia: creatives, freelancers, entrepreneurs and of course young professionals doing their job remotely.
We’re all about events: helping our members connect, socialize, lean into healthy activites and relax after hours is key for us. We have an average of 8 events per week.
Our coworking space just across the rice fields, has two buildings with 270° views. The bigger is our silent room (library rules), the smaller is our calls-allowed room. We have one focused outdoor work area, and one more social/chatty outdoor area. Also our own cafe serving Italian coffees, smoothies and small bites.

We found this Villa through Hub Hoi An. The Co-working hub is a fantastic place, with a thriving community. However the co-living villa itself was a disappointment and we had to end our stay early. There had been a lot of rain during our stay which led to a lot of damp and mould in our room. Our clothes, the bed linen, and the walls were all wet to touch. Initially, they changed our room to a better room, but then due to a new booking they tried to move us back to a room that had they knew was just as bad, the previous occupants having left for health concerns. On top of this the running water to the shower over the bath was green and dirty, and there was bug activity all over the villa. We asked to leave early and a refund was provided for the remaining week of our intended stay. The staff at both the Villa and Hub Hoi An were very friendly and helpful, but couldn’t solve the problems, so we left early.
I really enjoyed my three week stay at the villa. The apartments are very spacious, with a private balcony and even a bath. The location is a little outside the city center, near the rice paddies, but the free bikes made it easy to get around. The friendliness and helpfulness from everyone made me feel welcome and safe. I would recommend it to anyone!
I had the best stay at this villa! The staff My, Trong and Ti were all incredibly friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was an enjoyable one. I could not recommend this villa more for a beautiful view and friendly service. I will be returning again soon!
Stay here for 5 nights. I arrived a bit late, luckly they have a guard who helped me to check in.
I booked the room on the second floor, with balcony and bathub. Very worth the price.
The pool is really nice, they gave me watermelon when i was swimming. When i was working in the common area they also gave me passionfruits and coffee. Very friendly!
The location is a bit far from the old town, 25 mins walking, 10 mins motorbike. But the location nearby this padi field, calm and good view. You can stroll around to the padi field by bicycle, which they provide for free.
They also provide motorbike rental.
Our room was large with a very big hot tub and a balcony on the swimming pool. The place offers motorbikes rental and free bikes. You can buy breakfast dishes in the morning for a reasonable price and the location is very good, close the beach and the city center. The stuff was very nice and accommodating. We had a few ants in our room but I guess it wouldn't be Vietnam otherwise. They also make laundry
