You're more productive when you're happy. So a focused workspace is only half our job. Community, events and green views are the other half.

We have attracted some of the most interesting people roaming Southeast Asia: creatives, freelancers, entrepreneurs and of course young professionals doing their job remotely.

We’re all about events: helping our members connect, socialize, lean into healthy activites and relax after hours is key for us. We have an average of 8 events per week.

Our coworking space just across the rice fields, has two buildings with 270° views. The bigger is our silent room (library rules), the smaller is our calls-allowed room. We have one focused outdoor work area, and one more social/chatty outdoor area. Also our own cafe serving Italian coffees, smoothies and small bites.

Based on my 2-month experience at Hub Hoi An coworking space, I can confidently say it's one of the most welcoming and community-focused spaces I've worked from. The moment you step in, you're greeted with genuine warmth that makes you feel like you're joining a family rather than just renting a desk. The space strikes the perfect balance between productivity and sociability. The staff goes above and beyond to make every remote worker feel at home, whether it's remembering your coffee preferences or introducing you to other members who share similar interests. What truly sets Hub Hoi An apart is its vibrant social atmosphere. The community events, casual lunch gatherings, and impromptu networking sessions create natural opportunities to connect with fellow digital nomads and remote workers. I've formed meaningful friendships and professional connections that extended well beyond the workspace. The facilities are thoughtfully designed with remote workers in mind - reliable high-speed internet, comfortable workstations, and plenty of natural light. But it's the little touches that make it special - the friendly conversations over coffee breaks, the supportive environment where everyone is willing to help each other out, and the genuine interest the staff takes in each member's well-being For anyone working remotely in Hoi An, this space doesn't just provide a desk - it offers a true sense of belonging. Whether you're staying for a few days or a few months, you'll quickly feel like you're part of a tight-knit community rather than just another coworking member
Fast and stable internet, different rooms as per your preference (quiet room / calls room), phone booths for super private meetings, healthy smoothie bowls, great coffees, delicious food, interesting activities, family-like community, beautiful views of the rice fields, and amazing staff taking care of all your needs. What more do you need at a co-working space? Spent a month in Hoi An and I feel lucky to have chosen Hub Hoi An as my workplace. This place is like heaven, surrounded by lush green rice fields(they were at the peak when I visited) and offering you such a great community of digital nomads to interact with. The activities that the team puts up along with member inputs are an added value to the membership. Loved participating in the men’s circle, the regular ice baths, and the impromptu karaoke sessions 😅 Special mention to the amazing team that works so hard to make all of this possible. They definitely made me feel at home and made sure that I could give my 100% at work while they took care of everything else. Lam made sure the onboarding was super smooth, Phuong did her magic with all the delicious food and amazing coffees, and the leader of the team - Linh, what do I say about her dedication towards work and making sure that every member gets what they’re looking for even if she has to go above and beyond her responsibilities. She makes everyone feel welcome and is an essential part of The Hub, and I cannot imagine the space to be the same without her. I found more than just a Coworking place in the Hub Hoi An - I found a home, a family, and memories that will stay with me forever. It’s simply the best Coworking space in Hoi An and if you’re looking for a place to work, network, and make new friends, The Hub is the place to be. Best wishes to the team and hoping to come back soon 🫶🏼
I've been to over 10 coworking spaces around the world, and Hub HoiAn is the best—my absolute favorite! I stayed there for 2 months, and the view of the rice fields from the quiet office is unbeatable. It's stunningly beautiful throughout the different seasons. All the staff are super nice, friendly, and helpful—we even became friends! I can't wait to go back soon. They organize events every day, like ice baths, sunset drinks, karaoke, and more. I made a lot of friends there, community is one of the best thing here❤️ My time in HoiAn was truly special because of the wonderful people and the great vibe. Highly recommend, you can't miss this place!
Amazing place, amazing community!! I can only recommend to come here to work: the atmosphere is so relaxing and inspiring, it’s easy to connect with people and it’s opened all the time. Plus Hoi An is a super place to live. Going to work by bicycle through the rice fields is so cool!
LOVE IT HERE! This is a fab place to not only come and work, but also for the community. The food and drinks are delicious, views are beautiful, and the team are just lovely. There's a lovely outdoor deck area, communal dining area, 2 large air conditioned rooms (1 silent). The internet is super fast, and it's just 5 minutes away from Hoi An. I've been using The Hub for around 6 months now, and would recommend it to anyone!
Truly a stunning place to work, all the facilities you’d expect of a coworking (quiet room, call rooms, outdoor spaces to work, communal area), as well as some delightful extras such as their tasty smoothie bowls and expertly made beverages; but most importantly what really makes the Hub shine is the way they foster a real sense of community amongst those who work there, encouraging people to share their esoteric hobbies / interests with the group. Most days there are a variety of community activities put on by either the crew working there, or by other members. I cannot recommend this coworking highly enough if you find yourself in Hoi An. It’s such a unique place which seems to attract great people with great vibes. I can’t wait to visit here again when I’m back in Vietnam
We stayed for a month now and everything is perfect. The staff is so attentive and friendly, you want to make friends with them immediately ☺️ The smoothie bowls are a perfect start every morning and the rice paddy view gives you the right atmosphere for a productive day! 🥣🌾 Being part of the hub community is a great way to feel welcome and network in Hoi An, with many events happening every week - like ice baths and bachata nights 💃🧊 We will extend today and stay for another month ❤️
