Great coliving experience. The house has a lot of space, natural light, a nice coworkng area and rooftop terrace. It's in a calm area near a park. Feels like home away from home. Carol, Bernardo, and the staff are amazing people and they will take very good care of you. Highly recommended!
A great coliving experience! The house is beautiful, with a coworking floor and terrace with lots of natural light and air. The vibes in the house were very nice with regular dinners and activities with the other housemates. Carol and Bernardo are very genuine and warm people and they've done an amazing job to create such a beautiful living space! Only cons would be I had a room on the groundfloor which can get a bit noisy if people are in the groundfloor kitchen, and these rooms also don't have natural light (they are cheaper though and they're still nice). Other than that, a great stay and would love to come back one day!
I cannot speak more highly of this colive! The location, design of the rooms/work space, community and hosts are 10/10. I've stayed in many colives at this is by far the nicest and most beautifully designed I have come across. I stayed for 2.5 months and was able to be productive and still have fun and explore with others in the house. What makes this place so special is Bernardo and Caro. I truly felt like a part of their family - so cared for, taken care of and loved. I would highly recommend staying at Caobo. I can't wait to go back!
I had a wonderful stay here. Bernardo and Carol & the fam are really good hosts always ready to help. The coworking is really nice, internet works very well and the lovely breeze coming from keeping the terrace windows open is a nice addition. There are two meeting rooms which is amazing and something you rarely see in colivings! Rooftop terrace and activities we did there together with the hosts and colivers is also worth mentioning: dancing on Thursdays, barbecue on the weekend and just nice sunset chilling in the hammock throughout the week.
I stayed in the cheapest room and it had everything I needed. If you want a real window can recommend booking higher tiers. The only minus is the acoustics of the house - bring earplugs! Still a 5/5 review, can highly recommend this place for anyone coming to Medellin and willing to live in a community with other international people and locals alike.
My first time living in a coliving space and it's beyond amazing! The place is newly renovated, the owners, Carol and Bernardo, are super helpful and really care about their guests. Laura, the community manager, is lovely. Always makes sure our week is full of activities. For a solo traveler who doesn't know anyone in Medellin, I can't imagine staying anywhere else!
Staying at Nomadico was such a highlight of my time in Medellín. Bernardo and Carol are the heart of the place. The most warm, intentional hosts who make you feel like an old friend from day one. They’ve created a space that’s both inspiring and deeply comfortable, with everything you need to work, connect, and truly experience the city, alongside community dinners that make the space feel like home. If you want a stay that blends productivity, culture, and genuine hospitality, this is it!
Nomadico Coabo is seriously one of the most beautiful and thoughtfully designed colivings I’ve stayed in. The hosts Bernardo and Carol are the sweetest ever and the space itself is so cute, clean, and filled with so many plants and greenery which is such a special touch.
But what really made the experience was the community. From salsa nights to family dinners, there was always something happening that brought everyone together. It attracts such a great mix of people who are not only exploring the world but also staying productive and building cool things.
Big thanks to the team for creating a space where work, play, and connection all come together so naturally. I only stayed a week, but I already want to come back!
