Staying at Nomadico was such a highlight of my time in Medellín. Bernardo and Carol are the heart of the place. The most warm, intentional hosts who make you feel like an old friend from day one. They’ve created a space that’s both inspiring and deeply comfortable, with everything you need to work, connect, and truly experience the city, alongside community dinners that make the space feel like home. If you want a stay that blends productivity, culture, and genuine hospitality, this is it!
Nomadico Coabo is seriously one of the most beautiful and thoughtfully designed colivings I’ve stayed in. The hosts Bernardo and Carol are the sweetest ever and the space itself is so cute, clean, and filled with so many plants and greenery which is such a special touch. But what really made the experience was the community. From salsa nights to family dinners, there was always something happening that brought everyone together. It attracts such a great mix of people who are not only exploring the world but also staying productive and building cool things. Big thanks to the team for creating a space where work, play, and connection all come together so naturally. I only stayed a week, but I already want to come back!
I am incredibly grateful that I found this coliving space through RemoteWorkDeals. The host (Bernardo) and his wife (Carol) (and kids) truly go above and beyond to make you feel at home. They welcome you with so much warmth, but even throughout your stay, they make sure you have everything you need. If any issue arises, they listen and take action immediately—nothing is ever too much for them. The Nomadico community is warm, welcoming, and well-organized. Every week, there are plenty of different activities to join—something for everyone. Whether it’s exploring culture, enjoying a party, or getting active with a salsa class or a Pilates workout, there’s always something going on. I’m beyond grateful for the amazing people I’ve met through Nomadico. And special shoutout to Jessica, the community manager during my stay, who did an incredible job leading the community. If you’re looking for a place where you can find the perfect balance between social activities, working on your business (or career), prioritizing your health, and getting to know this vibrant city—then this is absolutely the right place for you.
I spent over three months at Caoba and had a great time. I was there during the construction of the new building, which was both rewarding to watch and loud at times. But Bernardo and Carol are so kind and accommodating that it was hard to complain too much. They really made me feel welcomed and they treated me like family. The rooms have everything you need and are very comfortable. The new building features a jacuzzi, a rooftop with a city view, and so much more. I highly recommend checking it out! Also, Nomadico does a fantastic job selecting community managers. During my stay, we had Jonne and Jessica, and they both did an amazing job organizing events and fostering a sense of community. Overall, the fact that I’m giving a 5-star review despite the construction noise should tell you how great the experience is here!
I enjoyed my stay at Nomadico Laureles. The biggest highlight is definitely the warm welcome from Carol and Bernardo, who go above and beyond to make you feel at home, assist you, and promptly address any issues. The area is quiet, right in front of a lovely park, and I really liked it. Jennifer, the community manager, also puts in a lot of effort to organize events and make everyone feel included. I didn’t have time to join any during my stay, but I could see the dedication, even though there were only a few guests since the house is currently being expanded. I’ve already shared my thoughts with the team about aspects that could be improved in the rooms (particularly the OpenAir Shower), but overall, they are quite nice and very clean. I also appreciate that each room has a small private kitchen, and the new house under construction looks amazing.
I really enjoyed staying at Nomadico, the rooms are really nice, Bernardo and Carol are extremely welcoming hosts and it’s great to have a community manager (Jonne) who genuinely cares about creating events and building community. Made some of the best friendships. Highly recommend staying here! 🤗
Had an amazing month here and made some really genuine friendships - would absolutely stay here again next time I am in Medellin. Big thanks to Jonne, the community manager, for all the work he puts in to organize events and make the group feel like a home away from home.
