I’ve spent the last two months in Caobo / Nomadico, it was a really great experience thanks to Carol, Bernardo and the community managers (Daniela and Phi during my stay) Thanks for sharing with us a part of your life, really feels like a home away from home. It was my first time in a Coliving, I really enjoyed sharing the time with other travellers. The coworking was also super nice, really nice place to work, the call boxes could be better soundproofed, it is a bit echoey inside! I recommend a lot if you’re a solo traveler or digital nomad, I would definitely come back if I have the opportunity Thanks again 🎉
Nomadico Medellin marked my first time at a coliving house, and I am so happy I went in with an open mind and heart. I chose to stay at Caobo House because I was intrigued by the prospect of staying somewhere run by a Colombian family (being half Colombian myself), and I wish I could have stayed longer than my 3-week stay. The people I met, the community the managers cultivated, and Carol & Bernardo really made me feel at home. The location of the home is ideal, walking distance from the Belen sports park (which is incredible and has everything you’d want) and Laureles. The amenities are as shown (loved the cowering space), and the rooms have everything you need - the only thing that’s missing is a BBQ grill and another jacuzzi on the rooftop that heats up quickly ;). Both CMs - Daniel and Phil - really helped me feel welcome and were open to all my ideas for activities, from Chiva Buses to Spa days and more. One comment for future colliers: be aware that this is an open house and therefore sound travels easily. As it is close to the sports park and the local airport, the sounds of children playing and airplanes can be easily heard in the rooms, even with earplugs. So if you’re a light sleeper, get used to waking up early with the rest of the city. A small price to pay for staying here, though, in my opinion.
I stayed for a month in this coliving, and it was an amazing experience. The house is newly renovated and very well equipped. The coworking space is great, and the atmosphere is perfect for working and sharing good moments with others. Thank you Carol and Bernardo for your warm welcome!
Bernardo and Carol are the absolute best. They have created such a welcoming and warm atmosphere in Medellín. You truly feel like part of their family and cared for. I couldn’t recommend Nomadico Medellín more. The people you meet here and the coworking space are my favorite aspects. Weekly events like Salsa classes and family dinners are always fun, and additional outings are planned each week if you want to join for those as well. One thing to note if you are a light sleeper, the building can be noisy from airplanes overhead or street noise, so I’d plan accordingly for your sleep/routine.
Nomadico Medellín has the perfect balance between productivity, comfort, and community. They have spacious rooms, big coworking areas, and private meeting rooms. The hosts (Bernardo and Carol) are incredibly warm hosts who make everyone feel at home. They organize weekly salsa and bachata classes, which is the perfect way to immerse yourself in local culture. Nomadico also organizes family dinners that bring everyone together! Lastly, the rooftop views are stunning - perfect for yoga, reading, or sunset chats. 🌄
Honestly one of the best colivings I’ve ever stayed in — and I’ve done over 10 now! I look back on my 5 weeks at Nomadico Medellín with so much fondness and memories I’ll cherish forever ❤️ The community here is incredible. When we were there, the house was full of people from all over the world — the UK, Canada, Poland, the US, Taiwan, and Peru — doing everything from coaching to trading to marketing. Carol and Bernardo are the absolute sweetest hosts: super welcoming, always up for a chat or dinner, and they even surprise everyone with local treats once a week. Their kids and dog make the house feel extra warm and homey too. Shoutout to Laura and Dani the community managers who also rallied the troops each week and planned great events. The park right behind the house is such a bonus — it’s got running tracks, courts, and even an outdoor gym with weights. The house itself is beautiful: the coworking space is huge and airy (never had to fight for a spot), and the rooftop is where all the magic happens — yoga, bachata classes, and even a spontaneous tattoo session 😂 The only thing is if you’re a light sleeper, bring earplugs as some rooms have a bit of noise transfer. It’s also about a 20-minute walk to the centre of Laureles, but it’s a really easy and pleasant one. Overall, such a wholesome, intentional community. Nomadico truly knows how to create spaces where people connect, grow, and co-create — from weekly family dinners to spontaneous nights out. Couldn’t recommend it more! 🌎✨
Great coliving experience. The house has a lot of space, natural light, a nice coworkng area and rooftop terrace. It's in a calm area near a park. Feels like home away from home. Carol, Bernardo, and the staff are amazing people and they will take very good care of you. Highly recommended!
A great coliving experience! The house is beautiful, with a coworking floor and terrace with lots of natural light and air. The vibes in the house were very nice with regular dinners and activities with the other housemates. Carol and Bernardo are very genuine and warm people and they've done an amazing job to create such a beautiful living space! Only cons would be I had a room on the groundfloor which can get a bit noisy if people are in the groundfloor kitchen, and these rooms also don't have natural light (they are cheaper though and they're still nice). Other than that, a great stay and would love to come back one day!
