I had a wonderful experience staying almost a month at NomadUnion in the Biot Villa location. Manu and Giedre have done an excellent job building a community that is intentional and laid back, with family meetings every week to plan crowd-sourced activities around the area (there's no shortage of things to do!). We did all kinds of fun things: boat trip, sunset poke, raclette dinner at home, game and movie nights, day trips to nearby towns. It really did feel like a little family.
If you're deciding between the Biot villa or the Nice apartment, consider this:
-Biot Villa: more remote, but bus is easily accessible to get to the train station or central Antibes. There is a bakery just minutes from the villa and a few small shops a 10-minute walk away. Biot village is 20 minute walk. Has more community space, as well as outdoor space, and as such it's easier to spend time with others (or choose to do your own thing). Biot group often spent time together.
-Nice apartment: (Note that I didn't stay here but did visit!) super central location and beautiful space - you can pop out the door and go to any number of restaurants and sights. However, no outdoor space and limited community space. Also, while there's definitely community here plus activities planned just for Nice group and also with the broader group, I noticed that people tend to be more independent in their plans since the city is at their doorstep.
You won't regret staying at this coliving!
Had the most amazing time here. The villa is beautiful, the facilities are amazing and most importantly the people living there are the best. Giedre and Manuel are also the most welcoming hosts.Would go back in a heartbeat. Highly recommend to all
I stayed at the Nomad Union villa for two months and it was so cozy and beautiful! The space itself is stunning — with a beautiful pool, a large garden, a sauna, and plenty of spots to relax or get work done.
We had nightly activities like shared dinners, skill shares, sunset hangs, game nights, and so many weekend excursions around the area. It’s the kind of place where deep connections happen easily. And even though it feels peaceful and tucked away, you’re still super close to Nice, Antibes, and the coast — perfect for beach days or day trips.
Such a special spot — I will for sure be coming back.
I stayed at the villa for a month and it was probably the best experience of my life living in a community.
Everyone I met had fascinating backgrounds and stories to share, and there was a strong sense of commitment to spending quality time together and making the most of our stay in the South of France.
The location is ideal — peaceful and surrounded by nature, yet only 5 minutes by car from the beach. It was the perfect setup to focus on my projects during the day and enjoy events and sometimes community dinners in the evenings.
Speaking of events, there’s something happening every day, and you’re always welcome to join. You can even suggest activities you’d like to do, and there’s a good chance they’ll be added to the schedule in the coming days.
I also really appreciated that Nomadunion offers two locations — the villa and the apartment in Nice — which meant I got to meet even more people, especially during shared events between both places. Plus, I had a great workspace whenever I decided to spend the day in Nice.
I’m definitely looking forward to coming back — and staying even longer next time!
I had a great time at NomadUnion! Their two-location set up is perfect because they offer the quiet suburban villa option or the lively city apartment life according to your preferences, and then the two communities mix for larger group events. Both living spaces are very clean, well-equipped, and well-managed
I stayed for two months at Nomad Union in Biot and had a very nice time. We had group activities, like games, outings to local events, and community dinners. The nearby area is very pretty. The medieval town of Biot is cute, though small, and you can get around via a bus and a train. The villa has good common areas, like a nice kitchen and living room.
