I had an incredible experience at Nomad Experience it truly exceeded my expectations. I stayed at the villa in Biot, and the place is much bigger than it looks in the photos. There’s a pool, a large garden with different areas to hang out, a sauna, a coworking space, a massage chair, laundry facilities, a super well equipped kitchen, and excellent Wi-Fi, it has everything you need! On top of that, Manu and Giedre are exceptional people who genuinely care about the community. There are always activities to join, and during my time there, I explored many towns in the south of France with them while making amazing friends💕 If your priority is community, space, peace, and the pool! I highly recommend the villa in Biot. But if you’re more into travel and nightlife, the Nice apartments are the better fit:) Overall, it was one of the best experiences I’ve had as a traveler a perfect balance of comfort, community, and adventure. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a place that feels like home while exploring the Riviera.🌊
This was my first co-living experience, so I didn’t really know what to expect. What I found instead was the warmth of a family: laughter, deep conversations, shared dinners, spontaneous excursions, and our evening board games that became a special ritual of connection and joy. There was a sense of serenity and genuine happiness in the house, something rare and difficult to put into words unless you’ve lived it yourself. I stayed for six months, and if I hadn’t moved to another city for matters of the heart, I would have gladly stayed longer. Whatever you are searching for in your travels, community, inspiration, friendship, or simply a beautiful place to feel at home, you will find it with Giedre and Manuel and their wonderful places in the French Riviera. It’s not just accommodation. It’s a home.
I stayed in the Nice apartment location for 6 weeks and had the most amazing summer here. I loved it so much I am coming back for winter. The apartment is in a central location: easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, the beach, gyms and the train station. The perfect base to explore the French Riviera. Nice is a beautiful city with a great food scene, beach clubs, the promenade for scenic walks and a lively old town. The apartment is spacious, clean with a big kitchen, lounge and working area. You also have access to the Villa with a swimming pool and sauna which is great for a little break from the city. But most importantly what makes this place truly special is the people. The hosts Manu and Giedre are super kind, well organized and have created an awesome community. I genuinely met the best people and have made many friends here. There are weekly community meetings to connect and a wide range of activities are offered from boat trips, Bbqs, hiking, community dinners, sports or day trips to explore the Riviera together. We even went for a day trip to Italy and explored Monaco. There is no shortage of fun things to do. But there is also plenty of opportunity to recharge and be independent if you need some quiet time. Overall, I highly recommend this Coliving and I can’t wait to return. Thanks for everything!
I had a wonderful experience staying almost a month at NomadUnion in the Biot Villa location. Manu and Giedre have done an excellent job building a community that is intentional and laid back, with family meetings every week to plan crowd-sourced activities around the area (there's no shortage of things to do!). We did all kinds of fun things: boat trip, sunset poke, raclette dinner at home, game and movie nights, day trips to nearby towns. It really did feel like a little family. If you're deciding between the Biot villa or the Nice apartment, consider this: -Biot Villa: more remote, but bus is easily accessible to get to the train station or central Antibes. There is a bakery just minutes from the villa and a few small shops a 10-minute walk away. Biot village is 20 minute walk. Has more community space, as well as outdoor space, and as such it's easier to spend time with others (or choose to do your own thing). Biot group often spent time together. -Nice apartment: (Note that I didn't stay here but did visit!) super central location and beautiful space - you can pop out the door and go to any number of restaurants and sights. However, no outdoor space and limited community space. Also, while there's definitely community here plus activities planned just for Nice group and also with the broader group, I noticed that people tend to be more independent in their plans since the city is at their doorstep. You won't regret staying at this coliving!
Had the most amazing time here. The villa is beautiful, the facilities are amazing and most importantly the people living there are the best. Giedre and Manuel are also the most welcoming hosts.Would go back in a heartbeat. Highly recommend to all
I stayed at the Nomad Union villa for two months and it was so cozy and beautiful! The space itself is stunning — with a beautiful pool, a large garden, a sauna, and plenty of spots to relax or get work done. We had nightly activities like shared dinners, skill shares, sunset hangs, game nights, and so many weekend excursions around the area. It’s the kind of place where deep connections happen easily. And even though it feels peaceful and tucked away, you’re still super close to Nice, Antibes, and the coast — perfect for beach days or day trips. Such a special spot — I will for sure be coming back.
I stayed at the villa for a month and it was probably the best experience of my life living in a community. Everyone I met had fascinating backgrounds and stories to share, and there was a strong sense of commitment to spending quality time together and making the most of our stay in the South of France. The location is ideal — peaceful and surrounded by nature, yet only 5 minutes by car from the beach. It was the perfect setup to focus on my projects during the day and enjoy events and sometimes community dinners in the evenings. Speaking of events, there’s something happening every day, and you’re always welcome to join. You can even suggest activities you’d like to do, and there’s a good chance they’ll be added to the schedule in the coming days. I also really appreciated that Nomadunion offers two locations — the villa and the apartment in Nice — which meant I got to meet even more people, especially during shared events between both places. Plus, I had a great workspace whenever I decided to spend the day in Nice. I’m definitely looking forward to coming back — and staying even longer next time!
