I stayed for two months at Nomad Union in Biot and had a very nice time. We had group activities, like games, outings to local events, and community dinners. The nearby area is very pretty. The medieval town of Biot is cute, though small, and you can get around via a bus and a train. The villa has good common areas, like a nice kitchen and living room.
I loved my 3 months stay at NomadUnion!!! The villa is really super comfortable with very fast internet, Jacuzzi, sauna, hot tab, swimming pool, place for my bikes and a car. People have been great! (the hosts always do a pre-booking call so I think that ensured healthy vibes) We had a lot of cool event, both in and outside the co-living and there are so many beautiful spots to visit (both towns and nature). The hosts very engaged and helpful, very keen to optimize the experience of the community. They used to be nomads living in other co-livings themselves which is cool. Will be back soon! Thanks Manu and Giedre :)
I had such an amazing stay at NomadUnion and I didn't want to leave! Manu and Giedre do such a great job, they are so welcoming and organised to make you feel right at home straight away. The villa and the facilities were great. I loved the hot tub and sauna—we enjoyed plenty of spa evenings to unwind after a productive day. Everything is super clean, and the workspaces are well-designed, making it easy to focus and be productive. The rooms are also very spacious and I appreciated the weekly cleaning that was included! The outdoor gym was a huge bonus for me too and the area is very well located, very easy access to public transport and shops for any essentials you may need. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a balance of work, wellness, and community! I cannot wait to return :)
My partner and I spent 3 and 1/2 months at NomadUnion coliving and had the best time ever. It was such a friendly and welcoming atmosphere with everything you need for both a comfortable remote working environment and a heartwarming social calendar. Fast internet, a large co working space, and comfortable working spaces make for an easy remote professional experience. With group activities every weekend and some week days, group dinners, and some of the best people you could have to hang out with, you won’t find a more relaxed welcoming or friendly place to live! I can’t thank the hosts Manu and Giedre enough for all their energy they pour into this amazing place!
My partner, myself and my cat had an amazing time staying at NomadUnion this September, staying for 5 weeks total. The location is great: easy bus/train access to Antibes, Cannes, Nice, and more on the French Riviera, plus there are bikes and ebikes for getting around. The village of Biot is walking distance and worth a visit in itself. The only dangerous part is the little boulangerie - it's so close and everything tastes so good! The house itself is perfect: six rooms, open-plan coworking, living, and kitchen, lots of outdoor space, a pool. We really appreciated appliances like the air fryer, blender, sound bar, massage chair etc - everything you can think of, they have it! As hosts, Manu and Giedre are super-organized and communicative, and they keep the place running like clockwork. Any issue, however small, is resolved quickly and they keep the place spotless. They've stayed in every room, so they know the place inside out. Any question you have or recommendation you're looking for - they know everything! Even when they went away, they were still responsive to messages and the volunteers that ran things at the house in their absence were amazing. We also loved the atmosphere. Manu and Giedre do a great job of organizing activities, whether it's adventures on the weekend or just an impromptu game night - it really makes a difference and creates such a lovely, friendly environment. It's a quieter coliving than we've stayed in before, but sometimes that's exactly what you need - I was so relaxed and productive the whole time I was there, and both my partner and I agreed that we wish we'd been able to stay longer - at least 2 months. We won't hesitate to return!
We stayed for 3 months here and had a lovely time. The villa is huge with a pool, new hot tub, massage chair and heaps more. They have bikes so you can easily get to the train station to explore and weekends we went on adventures like canyoning, hiking, via Ferrata and much more. Manu and Giedre have so much passion for coliving and have gone above and beyond to create a friendly and welcoming space. Would highly recommended
I stayed at NomadUnion for ~ 5 weeks in september / october. The house was mega pacious and well-equipped with a full kitchen, laundry, coworking spaces, and a pool. Productive environment during the day, and plenty space to relax in the evenings - can't fault it!! The St Tropez room is affordable, spacious, and equipped for work. North facing so was nice and cool during the day. Shared bathroom was fine - even when sharing with 4 others (the most you'd ever share with) Weekly cleaning / towels provided The house / community homely atmosphere with regular social activities - outdoorsy activities in the alps, and chill days in the local towns. Even when the house was quiet, there was always someone to chat with. House still felt aptly spacious even when full . The location is (slightly) isolated - with no real amenities in walking distance - gyms and larger shops a 30 minute walk / 10 minute cycle away (they provide bikes). I had my own road bike to get around / explore but I think just relying on public transport to do exploring would've been inconvenient - Manu and Giedre have done pretty much everything to mitigate this :) Would definitely recommend NomadUnion - my first coliving experience and it's inspired me to do many more :)
