I really enjoyed staying in the room with ocean view so much I extended my stay. Right on the beach and the staff were amazing, particularly the young lady at the desk was very kind and welcoming which made me feel very comfortable - would stay here again

The hotel has a beautiful beachfront setting with a very relaxing vibe. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere throughout the property was calm yet stylish. The staff were attentive and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.
Outpost Weligama is a cozy property with a lovely vibe. It offers direct beach access and is surrounded by greenery and ocean views. Rooms are categorized as green view and sea view, and they are well-maintained and comfortable. The food is excellent, and the rooftop view is absolutely stunning — one of my favorite parts of the stay. A perfect spot to relax and enjoy Weligama!
Absolute gem of a place. I stayed for a week and was looking for a place where I can work and relax. The co working experience here is the best that I’ve encountered in Sri Lanka, it is right next to the beach so you can relax. There is a pool as well. Food is expensive, though it is amazingly good. The rooms are cute and clean, overall highly recommended !
I would like to share my experience with you guys, the room was so clean with a comfortable bed ,AC . Staff were so nice and the food wass delicious specially the coconuts banana pancakes highly recommended ,and as a solo traveler female the area was safee and secured.

We absolutely loved our stay at Outpost Weligama Beachfront! The co-working space was a game-changer — super comfortable, fast Wi-Fi, and a calm vibe perfect for remote work. The staff was unbelievably friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile.
For the price we paid, this place gave us a true 5-star experience — something you rarely find in beachfront hotels. The rooms were clean and stylish, and the entire property had a relaxed yet polished atmosphere. It genuinely felt like a luxury stay on a budget.
Highly recommended for digital nomads, couples, or anyone looking to chill by the beach without breaking the bank. We’ll definitely be back!
overall had a great experience here. Looked quite last-minute and the staff were really friendly at accommodating us, they called to check our arrival Time had drinks ready when we arrived helped us park our car and carried out bags to the rooms. They always treated us with kindness and a smile on their face. The hotel itself was nestled in a little alleyway right next to it its own little beach and it had a pool as well. The rooms were nice and the interior of the hotel was well kept. My only negative was a slight damp smell which was a minor detail. Overall recommend the outpost.
