At Palma coliving, it’s all about humans: we want to impact remote workers, inspire them to be more productive, and help them to accomplish their goals, all whilst discovering the local culture of their chosen destination. We focus on building an ecosystem of support, connection, and collaboration. This is the Palma experience.

The location is wonderful and pleasantly less-touristy.
The building is generally well maintained, with only a few minor quirks here and there.
It’s a great place to work both indoors and outdoors, even if the dedicated coworking area can get quite noisy—visually and acoustically.
As always, the overall experience depends a lot on the people staying there, and in this case, I was lucky: the guest community worked really well.
With around 13 rooms, there’s plenty of space for different personalities, which increases the chances of finding a good fit.
My personal favourites are the two smaller rooms, as they’re the quietest and least affected by street noise.
A special shout-out to the community manager (not the owner), who is fantastic and brings genuinely great energy to the place.
I’m giving 2 stars because of a very unfortunate situation and the poor communication with the company owners following this.
We’ve already stayed at Palma Coliving twice, first in Villa Armadans and now in different rooms at Gomila Townhouse and we keep coming back because we genuinely love it.
The location in Gomila is perfect: close to the harbour, full of great restaurants, and with the best rooftop terrace you could ask for. We spent so many evenings up there and it really made our stay special.
The community is amazing, the atmosphere is relaxed but inspiring, and the team always makes you feel at home. It’s the ideal mix of productivity, connection and island life.
100% recommended and yes, we’re already planning our next stay. 🌴✨
I spent 6 wonderful weeks in the coliving. Aga, the Happiness Officer, is doing a great job to make everyone feel part of the community. The house is clean, spacious and located only 20-30min walking distance to the center. I can definitely recommend it to everyone looking for a great community ☺️

I met great people and listened to fantastic ideas and projects! Also the location was on point for my morning run next to the sea! I will definitely come back!

From the moment I arrived, I felt so welcomed and at home thanks to the amazing hospitality. Everyone, especially Aga the happiness officer of the house, are super friendly and make you feel like part of community. I enjoyed connecting with other awesome people and taking part in various activities.
The location is perfect, making it super easy to visit Palma and hit the beach whenever I wanted. The coworking space had everything I needed, and I was so productive – time flew by!
I had an unforgettable experience and I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend! 😄
I had amazing stay here!!! The hot tub and rooftops are amazing and the location is right next to a beach, good restaurants and bars, and a beautiful nature walk to a castle!!! The happiness officer Aga is the best!!!! Will miss it so much
One of the best coliving spaces I've stayed in! Rooms are spacious and new. The community manager Aga keeps everything running smoothly and sparkling clean. The coworking space was great with fast wifi at all times. Will definitely be back again soon!
Palma Coliving offers a beautiful building with a fantastic rooftop terrace. The volunteers and managers on-site are incredibly kind and work hard to create a positive atmosphere being the heart of the place. During our stay we had an amazing time thanks to Nuria and Aga managing the coliving.
However, the rooms, while comfortable, aren't very efficient for longer stays (we had a double room, providing little space for storing clothe etc). It also felt like the owners prioritize maximizing profit over fostering an authentic community.
Overall, a pleasant experience, but with some areas that could be improved.
