🏨 has short staysFine for a workation, but significant turnover works against coliving principles for a cohesive community; a longer minimum stay supports better interactions. What is coliving?

Burgas Coliving is easily in my top 3. From the moment we arrived and were welcomed like family, we knew it was going to be something special—and it turned out even better than expected. Laughs, smiles, joy, peace, connection, collaboration, sharing, fun, late-night talks, and pure enjoyment are just some of the things that come to mind when I think of this place.
It really has everything you’d want if you're working remotely and still want to connect with others. You can enjoy a quiet moment in a hammock, share a few beers in the nearby park, head out into the city, or spend the day at the beach. I could keep listing things, but you get the picture.
As for the space itself—one of the best I’ve stayed at in my ~4 years of traveling. It feels like every detail has been thoughtfully considered. Comfortable rooms, a cozy and relaxed living area, a truly amazing garden, a beautiful cava, a proper coworking space, and a fully equipped kitchen.
And then there’s the human side. Katya brings such a bright, open energy that you feel it in every corner of the house. The team around her is just as thoughtful and welcoming—genuinely good people who make the experience even richer.
I honestly can’t recommend Burgas Coliving enough. If you’re thinking about it, just press "Reserve." You won’t regret it.
I am here with my boyfriend for two months and we would love to come back next year again! The Coliving and the area are just amazing. It has everything you need. The kitchen is well equiped and every week we are doing a family dinner all together. During the week there are different activities for every evening. From watching the moon rise at the sea to bonfires and workout schedules there is something for everybody. The outside area ia nice as well lots of space an outdoor yoga/ workout deck and hamocks& bean bags.
The wifi was always super good!
Just a two minute walk from the property there is a new spa that opened in 2024. The entry is 15 euro and they have a sauna steam bath, pools everything you need. Would really recommend.
On weekends you can do trips to nessebar (unesco town), warna or sozopol. All amazing places to see.
Katya the manager of the places welcomes everybody with open arms and really takes care of you if you have an issue or something you need help with!
I loved my time at Burgas Coliving and would highly recommend as a coliving in Bulgaria. It’s the perfect place for digital nomads, with meeting rooms and a sizeable coworking space with plenty of desks and high speed internet. There is so many amenities on the property like table tennis, yoga, a bonfire and bbq. There is also an art room and activities each day to participate in if you like.
It’s in a great location, a short bus ride away from the city and beaches. There are markets and shops really close by (maybe 100m) and a local park nearby. Katya is an amazing host and you can feel the love she put into Burgas Coliving.
After staying at Burgas Coliving twice (a total of 4 months), I feel it's time to share my thoughts.
This coliving space is truly special and has something for everyone. If you enjoy nature, being outdoors, and need some time to unwind, this is the place. If you love the sun, sea, and beach, it's just a 20-minute bus ride away. And if you like dining out or exploring, there are plenty of affordable options nearby.
The house and property are fantastic. It has everything you need while still feeling cozy and homey. The rooms and coworking space have AC, which is a lifesaver in the summer. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking ambitious family dinners, and the garden, along with the yoga room in the second building, offers lots of ways to stay active and keep up with your workout, stretching, or yoga routines, no matter the weather.
Nearby, there are great facilities like a big park with a craft beer brewery, a public pool to cool off in, several grocery stores, a spa with healing mineral water, multiple restaurants, and even a new wellness center with a state-of-the-art gym.
And I can't forget to mention Katya, the owner. She's an incredible person who goes out of her way to make sure you feel at home, no matter who you are. She has a great eye for detail and will make your stay truly wonderful.
After two years of traveling and staying in different colivings, this is the first one we returned to, and not just for a short visit, but for 3 whole months. That alone says it all!
My 2 month stay at Burgas Coliving just came to an end and I have to say it's the best coliving I've been to so far. The place is a bit remote but still it just takes 20 minutes to go to the center of Burgas or the beach. This combination plus the perfect working conditions, make it a perfect place for getting stuff done but also offers a lot of activities. (Beach days, having a salt & mud bath, learning how to bake bread in the "secret bakery", skillshares, arts and crafts nights, hikes, you name it.) The host is very very lovely, super passionate and always around in case you need something. :)
Usually after 2 months in one place I have the inner feeling that it's time to move on to the next destination. In Burgas it was very hard to leave and I think that says it all about my stay. I'll be back for sure! ❤️
Our time at Burgas Coliving was amazing! It was our first coliving experience, and it made us want to go nomad full-time. We made some wonderful friends who we still travel with. Huge thanks to Katya and Tony for creating such an amazing place. We're so grateful!
Burgas Coliving is the 8th coliving I’ve stayed with, and it has easily been my favorite experience so far. The hosts, Tony and Katya, are so passionate about creating a space that allows for productivity, creativity, and relationships to blossom.
There’s a theme of transition and progression at Burgas, where people that come here seem to grow in their careers or start new dreams, and I’ve experienced that for myself - and my excitement for my new path has been supported and encouraged every step of the way!
The house itself is lovely. Extremely well renovated without feeling overly modern and out of place. ACs in the rooms, soft sheets which are changed weekly, and the best hot water pressure I’ve ever had from a shower in my life. There are plenty of places, inside and out, to lounge, be social, or do some work, so even when the house is full, I’ve never felt cramped.
What’s even better is that they’re just getting started. They’re working on renovating another building on the property which will have even more common areas for colivers to use in the future, so I am already excited for my next visit back!
This is coliving as it’s meant to be.
