🧐 short staysFine for a workation, but significant turnover goes against coliving principles supporting a cohesive community of residents, employing a minimum stay to better exchange amongst each other. What is coliving?
A place which gathers freelancers, remote workers, entrepreneurs or travel lovers with different backgrounds and interests from all over the world and provides them opportunity to live, work, meet and just enjoy life, together
Make the most of our beautiful garden to relax, do yoga, play sports, gather around the fire pit in the evenings...and of course, work. Oh, and lets not forget the beautiful beaches...
We offer a collaborative and inspiring environment that can increase your productivity and motivation to work. The presence of like-minded individuals and the ability to network and bounce ideas off each other can lead to new insights and opportunities.

After staying at Burgas Coliving twice (a total of 4 months), I feel it's time to share my thoughts.
This coliving space is truly special and has something for everyone. If you enjoy nature, being outdoors, and need some time to unwind, this is the place. If you love the sun, sea, and beach, it's just a 20-minute bus ride away. And if you like dining out or exploring, there are plenty of affordable options nearby.
The house and property are fantastic. It has everything you need while still feeling cozy and homey. The rooms and coworking space have AC, which is a lifesaver in the summer. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking ambitious family dinners, and the garden, along with the yoga room in the second building, offers lots of ways to stay active and keep up with your workout, stretching, or yoga routines, no matter the weather.
Nearby, there are great facilities like a big park with a craft beer brewery, a public pool to cool off in, several grocery stores, a spa with healing mineral water, multiple restaurants, and even a new wellness center with a state-of-the-art gym.
And I can't forget to mention Katya, the owner. She's an incredible person who goes out of her way to make sure you feel at home, no matter who you are. She has a great eye for detail and will make your stay truly wonderful.
After two years of traveling and staying in different colivings, this is the first one we returned to, and not just for a short visit, but for 3 whole months. That alone says it all!
My 2 month stay at Burgas Coliving just came to an end and I have to say it's the best coliving I've been to so far. The place is a bit remote but still it just takes 20 minutes to go to the center of Burgas or the beach. This combination plus the perfect working conditions, make it a perfect place for getting stuff done but also offers a lot of activities. (Beach days, having a salt & mud bath, learning how to bake bread in the "secret bakery", skillshares, arts and crafts nights, hikes, you name it.) The host is very very lovely, super passionate and always around in case you need something. :)
Usually after 2 months in one place I have the inner feeling that it's time to move on to the next destination. In Burgas it was very hard to leave and I think that says it all about my stay. I'll be back for sure! ❤️
Our time at Burgas Coliving was amazing! It was our first coliving experience, and it made us want to go nomad full-time. We made some wonderful friends who we still travel with. Huge thanks to Katya and Tony for creating such an amazing place. We're so grateful!
Burgas Coliving is the 8th coliving I’ve stayed with, and it has easily been my favorite experience so far. The hosts, Tony and Katya, are so passionate about creating a space that allows for productivity, creativity, and relationships to blossom.
There’s a theme of transition and progression at Burgas, where people that come here seem to grow in their careers or start new dreams, and I’ve experienced that for myself - and my excitement for my new path has been supported and encouraged every step of the way!
The house itself is lovely. Extremely well renovated without feeling overly modern and out of place. ACs in the rooms, soft sheets which are changed weekly, and the best hot water pressure I’ve ever had from a shower in my life. There are plenty of places, inside and out, to lounge, be social, or do some work, so even when the house is full, I’ve never felt cramped.
What’s even better is that they’re just getting started. They’re working on renovating another building on the property which will have even more common areas for colivers to use in the future, so I am already excited for my next visit back!
This is coliving as it’s meant to be.
This place is the bomb diggity.
Amazing running, hiking and vibes. Food was bombastic too — especially when someone else cooked for me, which was quite often since this place has a great community feel to it.
Thanks so much Tony and Katya y'all rock!
Burgas Coliving is a true gem! For me it was the best coliving experience so far.
Words cannot describe how wonderful I felt during my one month stay here. It used to be an old communist spa hotel. Katya and Tony (the hosts) renovated it and turned it into something very special. Everything is made with huge attention to detail. Katya and Tony hand made lots of furniture - e.g. working table in the coworking room is upcycled from the scaffolding desks, and the table in the corridor is made from old suitcase. They painted the colorful wall in thhe coworking themselves as well. And there are many more details like this that create a unique atmosphere of this place (old vintage radio, beautiful pictures on the walls, bright rooms, curtains, cute table lamps, mosquito nets in the windows). Each room is named after the letters from old Bulgarian alphabet - Glagolitza. But the best place in the entire Burgas coliving is the garden! You will fall in love with it for sure! It is a perfect place to have a morning coffee, chat with others, parties, bonfires, BBQs. And yes, you can even work from the garden as the internet is super fast there.
Another great thing is that there are the entire wine and beer rooms in the cellar - and that means endless supply of delicious craft beers and best Bulgarian wines (yes, you can buy them in the coliving:)).
The neighbourhood is very safe and quiet. There is a beautiful park 5 mins away from the coliving. Perfect place for an afternoon stroll.
Katya and Tony will greet you with open arms, help you with everything, organize BBQs, Sunday breakfasts, bake banitsa for everyone, give ideas for trips. They are amazing :)
I keep my fingers crossed so that Burgas Coliving becomes a well-known spot on the digital nomad map :) I barely left and I am already thinking of coming back here! See you soon!
