🏨 has short staysFine for a workation, but significant turnover works against coliving principles for a cohesive community; a longer minimum stay supports better interactions. What is coliving?⌨️ non-ergonomic workspaceCoworking space having non-adjustable 'design' chairs. · Either or both proper desks and chairs missing, though a workspace is separated allowing focus.
Come work remotely, spend a few weeks in the coliving, learn woodworking or just eat a bite with a hot brewed coffee by the fire in winter, or on the sunny terrace in summer.
Four spaces within a single place: a coliving, a coworking space, a tea room and a wood studio. We paid special attention to the design and architecture: raw materials coexist with wood in this old farmhouse, fully renovated from the ground to the roof, to create a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, perfect to relax and create.

I had such an amazing experience at Les Briques — from the Coliving and the Cowork to the Sunday Brunch.
The rooms are cozy little cabins, which means you spend most of your time outside, making it super easy to connect with other colivers and really feel the sense of community.
The house is beautiful, comfortable, and has everything you could possibly need.
Katia and Jean are incredibly kind and generous — always ready to help with anything you might need!
The area is also beautiful: just 5 minutes from the beach, 3 minutes from biking and walking trails (there are 2 bikes at the house for colivers!), plus different local events during the week.
And one last thing: Katia’s moulete noisette is an absolute must — nothing else can compare! 😋
Definitely a coliving I would come back to!!!!
We spent two lovely weeks living and working at Les Briques! The owners are incredibly warm and welcoming, and everything here is made with love and care.
Life at Les Briques is comfortable and easy-going. We really enjoyed a sort of “slow living” vibe. You can easily spend time on your own, but there’s also plenty of opportunity to connect and share moments with the other colivers.
The coworking space is great and you can work outside in the garden when the weather’s nice. The food is great too, you can taste the love that goes into it!
Lion-sur-Mer is a charming little village with a relaxed vibe, yet there’s still plenty going on. The beach is beautiful, and if you venture a bit further you’ll find more to explore (Bayeux, Mont Saint-Michel, D-Day sites, etc.) – especially if you’re into history.
If you’re looking for a cozy stay, friendly people, and a natural, welcoming atmosphere, this is the place for you 🌿☀️
Highly recommended!
As my friend Remy said, this coliving is different. Very quiet, relaxed, good if you need to focus on work, or want to have meaningful time with other colivers, which was a perfect for me between busy Paris and Malaga.
Different activities organised during the week, every Thursday there is night market in the town and also you can join wood workshop on Saturday or Brunch on Sunday organised by the owners.
There are no rooms, only cabins which gives you a great opportunity to more socialise with other colivers!
Thanks a lot Les Briques! I really enjoyed my time here :)
Amazing stay at the coliving. The building is very well renovated, the cabins are comfortable, the coworking space is top notch! The hosts are super nice, the community manager was super committed. I met wonderful people and did a lot of things during my stay. A pity I had to leave after only 10 days. I'll be back for sure!
A stunning place to visit, have a tea and cake while visiting Sword Beach. Very friendly hosts. A great place to relax and work as well.
This place is incredible. The coliving space is well furnished and super cozy. I advice you to go coworking here since Katia and Jean are super nice and welcoming. You will find everything you need
And of course the brunch was amazing !
