For anyone seeking to find community while travelling and remote working, this coliving is the perfect mix of socialising, comfort and autonomy to work as you need to, in a fabulous location in the centre of Nice. Manu and Giedre are wonderful and exceptionally patient and kind people who create a brilliant environment and pay fastidious attention to ensuring everyone feels comfortable and also that all the amenities are in great working order. These include AC and heating which is actually rare in many parts of Europe, plus a working area with computer monitors (so helpful when spending long hours in front of a screen), TV, coffee machine, a kettle and a large enough kitchen. Everything is kept clean and the rooms are also cleaned once a week which is a great touch! The other colivers are lovely and there is a meeting once a week to decide on activities together so one is never bored or alone unless one chooses to be. I stayed 3 months and had a wonderful time. It made for a great alternative to solo travel where finding community can take a lot more work and the activities in a group are so much fun. I have already been back once and am sure I will be back again! 🥰
I stayed at the Nice apartment for a month and had a great experience. The location is excellent — just a few minutes’ walk to Old Town — and very central to everything you might need, including grocery stores, restaurants, and the train station.
The apartment is spacious, with usually only 4–5 people there at a time. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and despite being on a somewhat busy street, the double-paned windows kept the apartment quiet and peaceful.
Manu and Giedre were amazing hosts. They held weekly family meetings, organized outings for the group, and were always open to feedback and looking for ways to improve the experience. They were also incredibly helpful in helping me get familiar with Nice so I could make the most of my time there.
I really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend Nomad Union. I would absolutely stay there again, either at this location or at one of the future pop-ups they’re planning.
Amazing coliving at the heart of the city. One thing I didn't know about Nice is how awesome it is even in winter (a bit colder than in summer, but also fewer tourists, and all the best places are still open). And this apartment makes it so much more convenient to be there (heating and AC in every room - even if I didn't use them much, well insulating, soundproof windows, a really good coffee machine,...). The coliving has a great, quiet co-working room with comfy chairs. Manu and Giedre (the hosts) know exactly what makes a coliving great. They're the soul of the experience.
Such a great coliving community! Right in the heart of Nice and close to everything! Manu and Giedre are both so caring and accommodating and will do anything to make your stay a good one! The apartment is spacious and nicely renovated and is the perfect spot to spend a month or two out of your year! Couldn’t recommend this place enough!!
I had an amazing experience staying at NomadUnion in Nice for the month of Sept. The location is perfect, walking distance to the beach, old town, shops, restaurants, train station, etc. The apartment has everything you need (full kitchen, living room with large TV, co-working room, private meeting room, washing machine), and my private room was great (comfortable bed, armoire, desk, outlets near bed and desk, AC) and I even had a small balcony overlooking the main street. The best part was the community of people staying there and the activities/events facilitated by the owners Giedre and Manu. We'd do outings to other towns nearby, BBQs at their other co-living house (a villa near Antibes), activities and dinners in town, and fun nights home cooking and watching movies. As a nomad, it was great to feel a great connection and a sense of community away from home.
Thats amazing place located in the central Nice. Manu and Giedre are very reliable hosts. The accommodation is great, and the people who share the house are friendly and supportive.
Excellent place to stay, I spent my summer there and it was stunning ! Just right in the center of the city, easy to go to the beach daily and to catch the train to go to nearby areas!!
Had a really lovely time here, would highly recommend. I stayed in the Nice apartment. It was clean, comfortable, my room had AC, double bed, desk and a small balcony. The WiFi was excellent and there was plenty of workspaces. Most importantly, the people staying were lovely. Manu selects the guest carefully so there is always a good vibe. I plan to return as soon as I can!
