I spent amazing 3 weeks at Outpost Ubud Penestanan! I came to work remotely. It’s a beautiful space with super nice coworking with view on the lush green and beautiful pool. There are various areas where you can chill, enjoy sunset from the rooftop. The team is amazing, super attentive, friendly and professional. It is very well located with beautiful Alchemy yoga center right in front and super nice restaurants (paradise for vegans!) close-by. If you are not so much into scooter, you can easily walk to the city center, 20-min walk to Ubud Palace, the supermarket is also walking distance and you can actually walk to the rice fields from the coliving! There are also nice community events and workshops you can join during the week. I’ll come back when I come back to Ubud!
Many reviews here seem to be for the co-working and not the hotel.
Hotel review: Great location, great staff, great cleanliness.
The room included a neighbouring rooster with a delightful 6am wake up call. The view from my room was really bad - some kind of dirty car park. The pool area is unappealing, I never used it. I guess because it’s between two buildings. There’s no good common area to sit down and relax in, unless you go up to the co-work area. There’s just no atmosphere, the place felt dead. There’s a weird disconnect between the co-working and the hotel.
I wouldn’t recommend this place to others, I would find somewhere else without a co-working space attached, and a more lush view from the balcony - for that real Ubud experience.
I truly enjoyed my stay at Outpost Penestanan Ubud. It provided a comfortable place to work and rest, offering everything I needed as a digital nomad. Being able to stay and work in one place was such a great experience. The kind and helpful staff made my stay even more enjoyable, assisting me from check-in to check-out. I am grateful for the warm hospitality and look forward to returning in the future!

Very nice coworking space. They're offering various packages and the whole facility is quite neat and comfortable for work. Wish I could visit Ubud more often to be able to work here.
This is hands-down my favorite co-working in Ubud! The location (in beautiful Penestanan), the co-working itself, and the staff are all a 10 out of 10.
They opened just a few years ago, so everything is new. The internet is good. The barista Made makes excellent coffees and is lots of fun to connect with.
The happy, warm event staff ladies, Paulina, Dian and Saldi, organize a ton of great, and interesting activities. From skill workshops to travel trips around the island.
And the rest of the staff is amazing too. Everyone is so warm, friendly, and genuinely interested in you as a member, thats why I felt so home at the co-working.
So I highly recommend this place. I tried different co-workings, but in Ubud this is my go-to.
