Hands down my best stay during camino. It's exactly what a tired pilgrim needs: quiet space, comfy beds, clean facilities, and enough privacy. Do I even have to mention fantastic views? A true oasis!
Even though I stayed in a "hostel" type room dedicated for pilgrims, I didn't feel cramped or uneasy at all. The attic area allowed everybody to be comfortable on their own and interact if desired. The washing machine is available, which is a life saviour on such trips. What's more - they kindly serve you breakfast (freshly baked bread and chorizo, uhmm) and offer a very liberal check out time.
All in all, it definitely felt more like a resort experience rather than albergue. Also, worry not: there're private rooms available and from my understanding it's a favorite place of a surfing crowd to hang our (adjacent coworking only makes sense then).
Wow, what an absolute gem 💎. Great service, super breakfast- included in daily rate. Loved the rural, organic aspect, beautiful area, very neat and tidy. All amenities are 'free', including washing machine use. Frozen meals, craft beer, some red wine- just fabulous! dormitory was big and spacious; large and comfortable. Private room has ensuite- a huge bonus. Highly recommended 👌 👍. Location: 20 minute walk down to town. Taxi to get there from station, was great & cheap.
Amazing spot for calming down and recharge for pilgrims and others.. friendly people..they have even courses and coworking places
Beautiful place with a fabulous host, a nice simple breakfast and a total pleasure to stay there! The host was friendly and engaged :) thank you
I had a wonderful stay here while walking the Camino de Santiago Portuguese coastal route. Beautiful property with lots of space and wonderful views. The house is beautiful and comfortable. Lots of fantastic options were available for breakfast. This was the perfect place for a reset while travelling along the camino and being so warmly welcomed and being able to cook a breakfast, make coffee and sit in the morning sun made me feel at home. I hope to come back!
I have been fortunate to experience nature at first hand while staying at this establishment with beautiful well maintained land.
The stay would have been perfect except for two points:1. prepare your own breakfast despite paying for it and 2. Light pollution from cowork building - completely unnecessary to use 6 bright lights all night; it spoiled the view and also the option to film the beautiful full moon rise.
As u can see in pictures below, that side of building lit up by 3 bright lights
The north side has another three
Maybe they can be connected to a motion sensor
