The owners Fede and Ola clearly put a ton of effort into making this the greatest Coliving and coworking space. Just the drive up to the house took my breath away!
The spaces are so cute and well designed. I had plenty of space to work, green spaces to relax, an incredible pool and I met the coolest people!
They have connections with SO MANY local businesses that every single day was a new adventure! My friend and I made fresh pasta with a local chef, went sightseeing in town and had appertivos and even got to make an eat TONS of cheese from a local farm.
If you weren’t already sold on the gorgeous space that is Nesting Away, then book simply for the connections you’ll make with travelers and locals alike.
It was truly one of the most unique experiences of my life. I felt like I was fully immersed in local culture without even trying.

A fantastic country house located near a medieval Village. Federico and Ola are two wonderful people that offers great food and entertainment in an italian coliving with wonderful overviews!
I stayed in September, excited to see what owners Fede and Ola (love their digital nomad foodie retreats) had come up with in opening this new coliving -- and it was even more spectacular than I'd imagined from the photos. There is a timeless grace and beauty to the property and I felt instantly settled in my lovely room, cooking great local food in the kitchen, at the desk in the coworking, hanging out on the veranda with the other guests and community manager at sunset. The house is uncrowded, big winding staircase, lots of quiet nooks to work or eat in solo or do yoga, and I floated with the pool to myself, listening to the birds and taking in the stars. The medieval hilltop town of Orte is just breathtaking, and I was able to use the community manager's car to take myself in for groceries and coffee breaks. I will definitely be back, and for much longer, highly recommend it.
I absolutely loved my stay at Nesting Away! The community here is amazing – super welcoming people and even a dedicated community manager who makes sure everyone feels connected. The place itself is huge: a beautiful big garden with a pool, lots of space to relax, and two fully equipped kitchens which is super handy. There’s also a coworking space, so it’s perfect for combining work and chill.
I came here by car with my dog, which worked out perfectly – he loved running around in the garden. You can use the community car, but I’d really recommend coming with your own car to have full flexibility.
All in all: a fantastic experience, cool vibes, plenty of space, and a place where you instantly feel at home. Highly recommend! 🌿✨
Great place if you want to be nestled away in countryside to focus on work and meet a great community. Access to major cities by train and even better if you have a car. There is a community manager and a car for visit to grocery store and town as well as outings. The house in general is beautiful and enough space to co work/relax/recharge. Great pool are for warm months. I enjoyed my month stay there. Fede and Ola are great hosts. A very cool Italian experience.
I stayed here in July and really loved it. The house is peaceful and easy to reach. I met people with amazing stories and learned so much from them. We enjoyed evening aperitifs together and visited some truly stunning places nearby. A perfect spot for digital nomads looking for inspiration, connection, and a bit of adventure. 😁
Beautiful coliving space for remote workers who want to live in Italy and visit the country, while being immersed in nature. Position is central and perfect to explore: the villa it's super well connected via train, highway and bus and it's very close to Rome as well!

I stayed here in June and loved it. Lovely countryside house, easy to reach from Rome by train. There is a pool, a cozy atmosphere and the owners are fantastic, they make you feel really welcome. Perfect for people who want a quiet place to work, meet like minded people and explore the surroundings.
