a coliving community launching Aug. 2026 open into October

Live in a small village, disconnect from the city, and if you like nature and mountains, well — you’ll be surrounded by it!
Once per week, we sit together and plan activities together for the week. For example a hike, ski trip, restaurant, board game night, but it could be anything! You can propose any activity or skillshare you want, and we’ll help you organize it.
This is not about just renting a room, it’s about joining a community of people, creating memories together, and building long lasting friendships.

Wow this place looks amazing! 🤩
I hope I get to visit someday!
This coliving must have one of the most beautiful landscapes of any coliving ever. Waking up every morning with that mountain view inmediately put a smile on my face. The best part is that, on top of being just 5 minutes away from multiple beautiful hikes across the mountains, you can also walk to a couple of supermarkets, a cafe, restaurants and a creperie. You can also get to Aulus from Toulouse using public transport. I've been to other rural colivings where not having a car kind of limits you a lot, but not here.
Edouard puts so much care into every detail, you can feel he really wants you to have the best experience. Aulus coliving is the perfect balance between quiet time to focus, work and relax, and fun time and activities because of the community and all the possibilities the area offers. The nature around is truly breathtaking and the Saturday markets are a must. There's so much local produce to enjoy, you never run out of options. All in all, this coliving is a great way to have a very authentic French experience while getting to know people form all over the world.
Looking forward to going back!!
The Aulus Magic.
There are plenty of beautiful sceneries — mountains 🏔️, lakes, rivers, and waterfalls— surrounding you. But the most impressive part of this stay is the people. Edouard is truly a remarkable person, and you can already see that in his choice to create a coliving space in this little paradise. When we first met him, I automatically felt his groundedness, warmth, and passion for building this space and community for professionals, entrepreneurs, and artists who embrace an active and healthy lifestyle. A space where you can socialise, initiate activities, and share moments — especially around food 😋 — but also have private, quiet time for focused work 💻! It’s just the perfect balance🍃.
The place is immediately next to hiking trails — for nature lovers like myself, it’s heaven✨. There are multiple trailheads just 5 minutes away on foot. There’s also a thermal bath and hammam 🧖🏻♀️ nearby. For food, there’s a supermarket 3 minutes away that sells fresh produce, bread🥖, cheese 🧀, and sausages — super convenient! There are restaurants around too, and if you’re feeling fancy, go to La Goulue. It’s incredible that a small town has a restaurant of that quality.
I was working during my stay and can guarantee the WiFi is strong — video calls run smoothly 💯. You can choose to work in your room, the living room, or on the terrace (with the best view) if it’s not too cold! I was able to prepare breakfast and lunch alongside everyone else without any issue since the kitchen is quite large. Laundry is also very easy, however the weather was, with the washer and dryer. It’s quite easy to develop a daily routine that balances health and fitness 🧗🏽♀️🧘🏻♀️🏋🏻♀️, work and productivity, and nature walks — without neglecting home tasks🤭. Then top it all off with a warm, family-style dinner to end the day🥘♥️✨
I will definitely be back — there are still many trails to explore, and honestly, I’m already missing my daily routine there.
As a first-time traveler to France, I was truly impressed by the co-living house and the beautiful village of Aulus-les-Bains. It’s a peaceful place where you can fully enjoy your own quiet time — reading, working on your laptop with mountain views outside the window, or simply relaxing on the balcony surrounded by sunshine and fresh air. I especially loved the big tree on the first floor, a perfect spot for yoga or reading. 🏠⛰️☀️🌳
Additionally, it’s also a warm community space. Family dinners brought together cuisines from around the world during my stay — French, Taiwanese, Southeast Asian, and German food (and you definitely shouldn’t miss raclette). Depending on the people you meet, you might end up doing yoga, cooking, or hiking together.
Exploring the village is also part of the charm. La Goulue is a must-visit — a beautiful and elegant restaurant with fresh ingredients, thoughtful cooking, and wonderful desserts. I was also surprised by the crêpes at Le Comptoir Gourmand, especially the dandelion jam flavor, which was sweet and unique.
There’s also a lovely little art house in the village run by local grandmothers, where they create and display artwork. Walking through it, you can truly feel the warmth and creativity of the community.
I stayed there in April, surrounded by fresh greenery and blooming flowers. Every day felt more alive as the trees grew fuller and the flowers opened more. It was such a peaceful and healing place.
I would love to experience its four seasons someday — the sunny summer, colorful autumn leaves, and snowy winter. Aulus-les-Bains is a charming place that I would happily visit again. 🔆 🍁 ❄️ 🌿 🌸
We had such a beautiful stay at Aulus Coliving. The nature around it is unreal — waking up to those views from the little castle honestly felt magical. 🌿
The rooms were amazing: spacious, cozy, with private bathrooms so you have enough privacy and your own space, while still feeling part of the community. The shared kitchen was one of our favorite parts — cooking together, sharing meals, going on hikes together… it all felt very natural and easy.
And Eduard is truly an amazing host. He gives you space to do your own thing, but is always around for a good laugh, a hike recommendation, or sharing raclette and good conversations together.
A perfect mix of peaceful retreat, community, and adventure. Can’t wait to come back.
An amazing coliving nestled in the mountains of southern France, with a spectacular view of the mountains. Surrounded by beautiful nature with plenty of hiking trails to explore. There's also some really good food in town, and other interesting towns and hikes to explore all around, just short drives away. Edouard is a wonderful host and I thoroughly enjoyed my time here!
