This was the first co-living I’ve ever been to. After nomading for 7 months, Montino felt like home 🏠 The community, the stuff and the owners were so great - I was sad to leave 🥹 Definitely come back next year! Thank you for everything ❤️🫶
I stayed at Montino last August, in the stunning mountains of northern Italy, and it was an unforgettable experience. The scenery was breathtaking—lush green mountains, fresh air, and total tranquility The location is remote, offering peace and inspiration, but still accessible. While there are a few buses each day, having a rental car is the most convenient option, especially since the nearest grocery store is a bit far. What truly made this place special was the community. People from all over the world quickly became close friends. Shared meals, deep conversations, and the supportive atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home. With excellent facilities for remote work, including fast Wi-Fi and quiet spaces, it’s ideal for combining productivity with relaxation. I can’t wait to return!
Beautiful location amazing people, exactly what I needed for th coliving vibe. The internet amwas super good, they also have starlink so I was happy about that. The commen areas are well maintained and the stuff was super friendly ❣️ A lot to do around (well, not a lot lol) but the nature was beautiful 🤩 Definitely recommend 🤍
Montino was a great experience! I worked remotely for 2 weeks and felt really at home. The internet connection was great, there were shared meals, yoga lessons and excursion. I did a few hikes in the surrounding chestnut forests and went swimming in the lake with other residents of the coliving. Overall a great experience and would happily go back. Thanks Oren!
Staying at Montino Coliving was such a special and meaningful experience! The energy of the place and the warmth of the owners made it feel like home right away. As a first-time co-living guest, and someone who really values her privacy, I came in with some concerns, but I was quickly put at ease. The space is so open and comfortable that I always felt I had the privacy I needed, while still being able to connect with others when I wanted to. The sense of community is amazing. I met some truly wonderful people, and even though we only spent about a month together, I feel like I’ve made friends for life. The communal dinners, yoga sessions, fun outings and just hanging out together, really helped us bond. The workspace were great, too—spacious, quiet, and with fast internet, which made working remotely super easy. And when I needed a break, the beautiful mountain surroundings and relaxing activities, like yoga, gave me the perfect balance. Montino truly exceeded my expectations. I can’t recommend it enough for anyone—especially digital nomads, freelancers and remote workers—looking for a space that’s both productive and relaxing. I’m already looking forward to coming back as soon as I can!
This is a relatively new Coliving. There was a hotel and restaurant on the site before, which explains the older reviews. I stayed here both solo (although you're always with friends there) and with my girlfriend and her two young girls. I worked during the week and mostly relaxed on the weekend, though there's a lot to do. Transportation can be a challenge if you don't have a car. There's a bus stop right out the gate, the only issue is the frequency. It's a nice ride on the mountain road. There's a restaurant about 40 minutes walk away. The place itself provides basics like eggs, bread, non dairy milk, corn flakes, cheese and basic products such as pasta, tomato sauce and flour so you can cook for yourself without spending anything, though I always got more products on the shopping run as you can get great fresh produce from all over Europe. When the place was full, we decided to have 2 people cook dinner for everyone, and 2 clean up, so the kitchen won't be cramped. This made a great social experience. We also played board games, gave each other talks on practical and just interesting topics, and even took trips together, including on a boat. There were free yoga classes too. The rooms were a bit outdated but you don't spend much time there anyway. Even when I needed time to myself, I found the room spacious and homely. The sheets and towels were clean. The only issue with cleanliness was the shared kitchen, but the owner is very open to suggestions and when I left they were already improving. I highly recommend you give this new place a shot before demand increases!
Fantastic spot for remote workers looking for both productivity and relaxation. Beautifully renovated space with fast Wi-Fi and quiet work areas. Easy to focus. The best part is the community—shared dinners and yoga to quickly connect with others. There's also stunning mountains perfect for unwinding after work. Highly recommend!
