Great community, regenerative village to decompress and be in nature. I helped with the veggie garden and now I get to eat from it everytime I go! The plans for the future developments are very exciting.
My time at Traditional Dream Factory was a life-changing experience, and the people I met there will hold a special place in my heart forever. The community at TDF is a wonderful mix of individuals from diverse backgrounds and with various interests, all coming together with open hearts. It's a place where you feel a sense of freedom and creativity in the air. And food is not only delicious but also made with a lot of love.

A wondrous magical place where musicians turn up out the blue and made the hills come alive with traditional Alentejo music; where lovely people from around the world are building an inspirational new village on the edge of Abela; where the older generation welcomed them with open hearts and arms at the invigoration they are bringing to this cute little town with a deep cultural heritage. TDF is where we all want to live!
Don’t come here. The community is way too kind. The nature is way too peaceful. The ideas are way too beautiful. It’ll ruin your life. But maybe that’s exactly what you’re looking for...🤣
