We're renovating part of an ancient mining hotel, turning it into a great coliving retreat — on the border of the popular Cévennes and Ardèche, near 3 big gorges for outdoor adventures. Accommodations span from large ensuites to pods and basic rooms with shared bathrooms — something for every budget. What's more there'll be almost 50% common spaces, 2 whole floors, with dedicated quiet workspace looking onto the garden, multiple lounge/chillout/activity spaces including an underground vault (karaoke and movies?), and of course a big kitchen and dining room.
